Had a really great experience at the Glasgow Millets store. Claire and Debbie were absolutely fantastic and helped me adjust and fit my new hiking backpack. They knew there stuff and were super friendly! Highly recommend the store.

Ideal shopping experience
Ideal shopping experience, thankyou Claire and Steven. We wanted a camping trolley. Saw it online but wanted to try before buying. Rang the store to check it was in stock. They had one so went in, the staff had very thoughtfully put it aside. It was fine so we bought it.
Better than online where you are never sure you get what you want. And no delivery charge.

We were served by the excellent Claire at the Sauchiehall Street (Glasgow) store who was very helpful and went out her way to give us advice on certain products. Customer service was excellent and also product availability was good.

Came into the shop today looking for walking boots and feeling quite defeated due to lack of luck in other stores. Was met by Colin, who was wonderfully helpful. Within under 10 minutes I had exactly the right shoes. Made my day, brilliant customer service :)
