Excellent service, each time I visit the Millets shop in Guernsey. The staff is courteous, patient and knowledgeable; nothing is too much trouble. They genuinely want the customer to be happy with their purchase.

Dan was excellent!
Dan was excellent, we were camping and forgot our bed pump. He showed everything they had and we bought a pump you could run from the car with various adapters.
For a couple of old campers with back issues it saved our holiday.
He and all the staff were patient and helpful.

Outstanding customer service
I have been looking for a light waterproof jacket for a long time and today I found the perfect one in Millets, St Peter port. I was helped by both Daisy and Dan (staff) and both went out of the way to ensure I had a positive shopping experience.

Really helpful staff helping me find D of E things
Really helpful staff helping me find things needed for my sons D of E expedition. Luke was friendly and helpful. The only problem was scanning the items and applying the D of E discount which when I returned to the shop it was sorted out for me.

Fantastic service in the Christchurch, Dorset branch
I recently visited the Christchurch store to buy one item for my son’s DofE expedition. I ended up buying EVERYTHING I needed and returning items to other shops I had purchased items from earlier that day because the products were better quality snd better value. DAVE and TOM were so helpful. They spent a huge amount of time helping me - even teaching me how to pack a rucksack properly. It is very rare these days to get such attentive and knowledgeable people. I also received a 15% discount because it was for DofE award. I can not recommend this shop highly enough. Thank you gents!

Hiking Boots
Dan was very helpful and patient when helping me choose hiking boots. He was very knowledgeable about what boots would be best for my activities and I have left with a great pair of boots that I am so far very happy with.

Excellent customer we service in local Millets store
So great to be able to go into the shop and try on the actual shoes- trying on sizes 5 & 6 to see which fitted best.
Also to match the online discount is amazing.
We all need to shop in store more , get excellent customer service and choice.
