I bought a coat and a pair of trainers at
hitchin fillets I arsk for size 9 they gave me 1 to try on because I have flat feed and thick socks on it felt ok I tired them on went got back I look at the recipe it says si11 it took them back the man who gave them admitted he gave me them they would not give me my money back I will never buy anything againe

Top experience, great price
Tamsin was very knowledgeable and made choosing my new walking boots very easy. She answered all my questions and was very patient a as I walked around. I chose the Scarpa boots and the price was competitive compared to online - the buying experience was much more enjoyable. Very imprepssed!

Helpful staff - Millets, Hitchin
The staff of Millets in Hitchin are always so lovely and helpful. Millets is a great shop, especially if you enjoy the outdoors. It has a good range of clothing and equipment. It makes a change to go into a shop and be served by knowledgeable staff, rather than always shopping online.

Last minute Christmas gift!!
Came in on Christmas Eve looking for a last minute specific gift, although millets does not sell exactly what I was looking for, Tamsin helped me find something near identical - saving Christmas as this was the last gift needed! Tamsin was incredibly helpful and even showed me to the product.
Kit served me on the tills who was very friendly and had great interactions with customers.
More shops need helpful, friendly and smiley staff like Kit and Tamsin, a credit to the store and brand.
