Helpful, friendly and reasonable prices
Tamsin was really helpful and friendly when I went in to grab some bits for my trip, even recommended a better (and cheaper) item than the one I had picked up!

Fantastic service today by Tamsin. Needed new walking shoes, tried on one pair but no good. Tamsin found another pair and helped me with my purchase. Explained about the fit really well and walked away with Shoes, socks and cleaning products. Happy customer

Kirsi and the other assistant were very helpful they advised us on different types of walking boots that we required as they needed to be waterproof and the options they gave us helped us make the decisions.
Great price to advise us on waterproofing products which were half price !
