Happy Customer
Visited today for some last minute item for a trip to Kenya. Sam went out of his way to assist me with my selection of items.
Very polite, helpful and even managed a smile whilst doing so.

I was served by a young lad called Jack. He took time to give me excellent service. I needed advice for my daughters Christmas present and wasn't pushy so would definitely be calling in again. I am very satisfied with the purchase of my Berghaus fleece. The sales lady was very pleasant and helpful. She was also quite knowledgeable about this company and provided some very useful information about getting another garment repaired under their repair scheme which I very much appreciated. The sales people in the shop. We’re always very helpful.
