Millets - Southend Avis 

I ordered from online AND walked into my nearest store, both were very productive and I got most of what I needed each time. The staff are friendly and very helpful in the Southend store. Delivery took around 4 days for my online order. I saw some chairs online that were dearer in store but the staff were able to price match (wanted to see them in person first before I purchased). Quality items and a bargain with the sales!

The staff at the Southend on Sea, Essex store were fantastic at helping me and my son with our purchases.
they spent time going through our various options on the items we needed.
Then when they didnt have the exact item in store that we needed they helped us order them on line.
Shout out to Sarah who was brilliant.

Ruby was really helpful negotiating the sometimes confusing world of quality footwear. I must have tried 6 pairs which Ruby patient fetched for me. Ended up getting 2 pairs!!

Great wetsuit at a really good price. Never really visit this store but they had some good deals and decent fabrics! Good to see. Would visit again

I was looking for a bag for a mattress topper i thought id go to millets in Southend on sea where i live and theres a lady upstairs there she was very helpful she put me on to a OEX squash bag i wasn’t sure at first but when i got home it was perfect 👌 10/10 to the lady that helped me very polite thank you

Great customer service, amazing sales

I went in to buy hopefully a fleece with a full length zip and zipped pockets. The Brasher turquoise one looked really nice but no zip pockets. I went on to look at other clothes and the assistant Ruby found me another Brasher fleece, grey with zip pockets. Then she brought me another one, it was men's and too big. But I did buy the grey one. She was so helpful and friendly.

Ive used this place quite frequently. Love popping in if im in town juat to brows3 the amazing things they have for sale. Always grab a bargain from time to time, and for those dearer purchases they do have the hole range from budget to high end gear. Probly my favourite shop in southend

I want in and needed some advice on a good pair of shoes for work. Sarah was fantastic very helpful and gave me lots of options and advice brought a pair of Merrell walking boots so comfortable and can’t wait to start wearing them

Needed to return online purchase & exchange for different size. Phoned Millets Southend, they happily put the new size aside for me. All the staff were extremely friendly, helpful, efficient & had great product knowledge too!
I actually prefer to go to into this store & feel like a valued customer than shop online, but had the flu at time of the original purchase! Thank you Millets Southend ;-)
