Darren and all staff were v helpful and me kitted out for my hike. And funny!

Exceptional customer service and assistance from Darren. Only popped in to see what was on offer during closedown for rebranding. Due to freindly welcome and assistance from staff, spent over £100 during visit.

Fanastic store and colleagues, they work very hard and attention to detail is fantastic.
Sophie is always so helpful and ordered my shoes for me when they didnt have them in stock.

Looking for a rucksack in millets St Albans and were struggling to find a suitable one in the sale. Darren came over to help and spent about 15 minutes checking prices and straps against our requirements.

Bingo! He came up with a great product on an adjacent shelf which was nicely discounted and exactly what we were looking for. Thanks for your customer service.

We popped in today to get kit for DofE. Service was second to none and both Darren and Sophie were extremely helpful and knowledgeable when it came to shoes and clothing. Darren fitted our daughters backpack there so she is ready to go! We came away with everything we needed and some really good first hand experience advice. Would happily recommend and shop there again. Thank you

I called into the St Albans branch yesterday, 23rd October about 11.30am to start my search for a pair of walking boots. I was impressed with the friendliness and helpfulness of the young woman who served me. Unfortunately I don’t know her name. Even though I said that I wouldn’t be buying a pair today as I needed to spend a few weeks researching what would be suitable she still spent quite a while helping me. Her attitude was an excellent advert for your branch. Do thank her.

Staff in store were very helpful. Max, who helped me find a pair of walking boots, was very informative about the boots. Lots of choice in the store. We found everything we needed to buy.

I was served by Max, who went above and beyond to help find me a pair of vegan hiking boots. They weren’t labelled on the shop front so he did some internet digging and found me the perfect pair.

You wrote to me following a complaint . Shop was shut one day, I had a day off work , drove down especially to go to millets, paid for parking . You were dye to send me a £10 voucher as a gesture. Nothing! Yet again, disappointing and very bad customer service !

Me and my friend are new campers and didn’t have much knowledge or gear. Ash and Zoe were very helpful in informing us on what we needed as well as general camping advice. The store has great prices and deals and is great for students and people trying to budget. 11/10.

The shop didn’t have the jacket I wanted in stock but told me about the service Millets offer where they can order it for me in store and arrange for it to be delivered to my home address free of charge. Placed the order in store and they advised me of estimated dispatch etc. Looking forward to receiving the item.
