New jumpers.
New jumpers. I was asked if I needed any help in finding a suitable mid layer for my new jacket by one of the employees. A girl served me at the till and scanned in my three jumpers. All my jumpers were reasonably priced and folded neatly.

Great experience at Millets
We had the most pleasant experience at Millets in St Albans thanks to the expertise of Ben, Max and Hal. We went in completely clueless about the kit required for our daughter’s DofE expedition. These guys couldn’t have been more helpful, from getting the right torch to getting the most suitable sleeping bag.

Helpful staff instore who offered to arrange free delivery of the item I wanted in a colour they didn't have in stock.
The item arrived the following day which I consider to be first class service.

Excellent customer service from all the staff but a special shout out to Ben, who for a second time, was helpful and friendly. He knew exactly what stock was available even if it wasn’t on display, in our case rain ponchos.
The Maltings shop has definitely improved and carries a much greater range of good value outdoor products. It is certainly our go to shop in St Albans now for outdoor wear.
