Millets - Tenby Avis 

Bought some waterproofs as a gift, very helpful as always and reasonably priced products.

Excellent service from Stu (I believe it was Stu anyway) Sorted out several pairs of boots for my wife to try. Great service after the experience we had yesterday in Sports Direct Cardiff. To actually have someone to actually serve and assist was great. Will definitely go back again.

The sales assistant was very knowledgeable and helpful. I am very pleased with my purchase.

The lady who served me was Grace and she was very pleasant and had a gorgeous smile. She was also extremely polite. I enjoyed my visit and my t-shirt bargain.

I returned a pair of Scarpa boots I bought online from Ultimate outdoors as they sent me the wrong product.
I Was served by Martha, she was very professional, polite, patient and very efficient which made what I thought would be a difficult experience into a very pleasant one. As a result of this experience I decided to go back to the store and try some other hiking boots and was served by Emily who was also very helpful and displayed the same traits as Martha which helped secure my purchase.

Martha was fantastic when it came to talking about hiking boots, she was lovely and informative. I've tried a few other stores and they weren't able to help as much. Very impressed.

Having recently moved to the area we needed wellies for the family. We visited Tenby for the first time and came across this store. The prices were better than local competitors which led
us to this store. After a short while browsing we had the fortunate assistance of Diana.
Finding the correct sized wellies for all took a bit of time, but despite multiple trips upstairs to find the right sizes for us all, we left very happy with the great service and prices paid. A wonderful example of attention to detail and warm customer service. 5*

Camping in April is always a risk but we didn't expect 55mph winds and a met office rain warning. One of our tents totally failed and we needed a replacement, pronto. I rang around and spoke to the brilliant Martha at Millets in Tenby. She let me know what tents they had in stock and kindly agreed to hold the last 6 man tent they had for us. When we arrived at the store, we could not have asked for better service. Martha could not do enough for us and pointed us to all of the things we needed to replace. The online promotion was honoured in store and we walked out with a new tent and having made an online order with next day delivery for the footprint and carpet which weren't available in store. Without this Millets store, and Martha, we would have been heading home. I'm pleased to say that we're still on holiday enjoying the new tent (that survived a second night of 55mph winds)!

Today I needed new trainers and had a great experience when I was served by Vanessa in your Tenby store , she was very helpful and was able to get the shoes I needed

Needed to exchange a t-shirt, but they didn't have my size in stock, so Martha was extremely helpful and gave me a refund.
Can't fault the service.
