Millets - Tunbridge Wells Avis 

I ordered online to collect and the item arrived in store within a few hours.

Easy to order what I wanted, very quick service and delivery.

Brought a waterproof jacket on the 27th June, wore it the following Tuesday when it rained for about 25 mins and the colour had transferred onto a new white shirt underneath. Went straight up to store who said to contact customer services, I did on the 30th with photos etc. had to do it via where’s my order as all your subject options are based on orders online and nothing was relevant, same if you ring them. I have heard absolutely nothing back. The store has since given me something to wash it with just need some rain to see if that’s stopped it, but I’m also a new white top out of pocket. Store have been good but online customer service non existent

Really excellent service. She explained her knowledge of walking boots, socks and trousers and was exceptionally helpful when serving me. I felt my needs were looked after and I came away feeling like I had the best walking boots within my price range. When these boots eventually wear out I will definitely be coming back! Served by Daisy on Saturday to buy some hiking boots. Really excellent customer service. Really knew her stuff. Knew all the differences between brands / models of boots. Made good recommendations, didn’t overload with too many suggestions. Had a few neat tricks for getting the right size ! Boots chosen worked out well

We bought a jacket on the internet for our Grandson but as is usual nowdays sizes vary with manufacturers. Took it back to the Tunbridge Wells shop and the staff were more than helpful with refunding and replacing the item.

My son and I went into Millets with a long DofE kit list and very little clue about what we actually needed! Chloe took us in hand and used her experience to steer us in the right direction and made really good suggestions. I’m very grateful for her patience and common sense. Will definitely head straight there next time!

We visited the Tunbridge Wells store this weekend and were very impressed with the knowledge and helpfulness of the staff in helping my wife to select and try some walking boots. I would highly recommend Phoenix to who served us.

Great shop had everything we needed to prepare for our daughter's d of e expedition.
We were served by Chloe who offered her assistance and advice in choosing a rucksack with full instructions and demonstration to our daughter on how to use it effectively! From here Chloe actually ended up going through our whole list with us guiding us every step of the way, so professional, passionate and friendly quite possibly the best customer service we have ever had in a shop so this 5*rating is for her well done Chloe!

Excellent service from the Millets team at Tunbridge Wells - friendly, knowledgeable, helpful - as our family of three bought walking boots.

I returned hiking boots after 12.5 months because they were leaking like a sieve - despite being treated and reproofed. The person behind the desk agreed fully that no hiking boots should do this after 12.5 months. Although they couldn't give me a refund, I was offered a full credit note (gift card) to spend in any of their shops or related shops. Overall, I felt this was fair. I thought I would have a battle to get anything, but was pleasantly surprised. Thumbs up for the branch in Tunbridge Wells and an understanding and helpful member of staff.
