DO NOT I repeat DO NOT order from this company. What a scam and a joke. I received my dress and it looks like it was made my a child. Sorry, that's wrong a child could have stitched this better. The one side of the bust is stitched wrong so there is a HUGE lump I sent pictures to the company and they said they are sorry but no refunds and no exchanges. How the hell am I supposed to wear this on my wedding day. I'm not. I am now out money and have no dress to wear these scammers do not care. BUYER BEWARE.

I ordered from Milly Bridal a dress for my best friends wedding. I was one of the bridesmaids. I ordered custom made. The dress didn’t fit well. It big and lose. I went to a tailor to get my measurements and that’s what I gave them, so the sizes provided by me where correct. Also the quality was bad, I didn’t look exactly like in the picture. It was more bulky instead of shaping the body. The color wasn’t right either. All in all, the dress was bad. Because of their policies, it was a waste of money for me. They wouldn’t do any exchange, return, or refund. I lost my money $150 for a dress I wasn’t able to wear. They customer service is horrible.
THE REVIEWS ON THEIR WEBSITE!!! They have to be fake. All reviews are good. I wrote my review on their website and selected a one star, but after I submitted, the review shows with 5 stars. Do that right there shows that probably most of their reviews are fake. Even the replies to bad reviews, they always have an excuse without helping the customer.

I found a dress that I loved for my bridesmaid dresses and luckily only ordered one just to be sure it would be ok! The dress provided was pink instead of the burnt orange as advertised and a totally different design to the one advertised. I called to return within the 7days as advertised and advised that the dresses are handmade to order (lie) and they would not refund. After numerous emails they agreed to 30% refund and I keep the dress as it is no use to them. This was just bought as a size 14 not custom sizes. No refund has been received! They are falsely advertising and took £95 for me money for a dress that I cannot use at all! I wish I had read reviews before buying from this company. I would like to provide pictures so you can see how different the dresses are. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

I must admit ordering my wedding gown online was scary but, this was such a WONDERFUL surprise delivered on my B-Day in fact! My dress arrived just as glorious as I dreamt it would be! I need a couple minor alterations. When you DO order your dresses here, take custom measurements. So worth it!

I am very satisfy with my purchase. The dress is beautiful. I already wear it for a weeding party and every one liked. The color is beautiful. Very good material. Is just perfect!!

Absolutely love my dress! Was so so worried about ordering from on-line. The dress came in the time stated on the making + the postage time. Its not thin material, the details are fab! This wedding dress is amazingly beautiful. People thought I had spent thousands of dollars on it. The quality is excellent! I chose to send my measurements and I am so glad I did. I did not have to do any alterations! The dress fit perfectly. I could not be happier with how it turned out. I was unsure to purchase a dress online, but MillyBridal changed that for me. If you are on the fence, follow the measurement guide and send in your sizes. You will not regret it!!

This is not my first time ordering from MillyBridal and it will surely not be the last. I absolutely love this dress. The quality of everything they do is spectacular. I wore this dress to an event and did not have issues with it being see-through, threads coming loose, or any other issue. This is a buy you will not regret!

At first I was worried about the quality of the dress and if it would match the picture descriptions. But I am glad I took the risk and purchased the dress. The dress fit perfect for the individual I ordered it for.

I am very happy with the dress I received. I opted for a custom size since it would be cheaper than needing to have it altered/hemmed. I subtracted 2” from my height measurements to account for flats instead of heels. The dress arrived faster than I expected, it fit absolutely perfectly, and was good quality. I got so many compliments! I was expecting to need to wear a strapless bra, but with the custom sizing it fit so perfectly and held me in tight, so I didn’t need one. I was pleasantly surprised there! I did add a shrug though. I would 100% recommend MillyBridal with the custom sizing.

Bought this as a Prom gown for my grand daughter. It came right on time. The gown color is just as beautiful as described and the material is gorgeous. Fit was perfect going by the size chart. A very happy grand daughter!
