I had a question about something of my minecraft server. And i contacted support and they took a while to respond back but they did very awesome with helping me out and clarifying my questions.They did something to help me out and i really appreaciate them a lot ! For sure keeping this host for my future minecraft servers.

Their support team is incredibly fast at resolving issues and always provides clear and helpful responses. They offer quick and straightforward solutions, which makes the whole experience much easier and more enjoyable. Excellent service!

Hosting wasn't suitable for me due to technical limitations for my server. However, I can recommend this option for beginners or those who want to quickly and easily launch their server without any hassle.
There are some minor issues with the website, for example, the server management page resets to the main page over time, and the language isn't saved—this causes some inconvenience.

Very helpful customer service and best server provider I've been using for years.

Got my world back
After forgetting to renew my server that I play with my friends I thought I had lost my world forever but they where able to get it back no problems

Powerfull Server at good price!

needs modpacks updates faster, sometimes we need to ask support for the updates... but the support is quick to answer by the way.
another improvement would be a mobile app to manage server, and easier update system for mods (for new players) it should backup and update with one click... no need to re activate map again.
anyway for now i am mostly satisfied.

Fast service and best prices i have seen apart from the add ons for basic functions

I've been buying minecraft servers from these guys since late 2019 To today in 2024 And for the quality of servers for the price I pay a month for it is incredible. The help desk responds within the day if not early in the morning after. Something I would suggest on their end Is being more efficient with how up to date their modpacks are like there's modpacks that are way old but since no one plays them or asks to update them they don't get updated in their listings. Other then that great service provider!

The team at Minecraft-Hosting.pro are simply fantastic. Best of all though, they are fast, they reply to trouble-tickets quickly and effectively. Re rarely have to wait more than an hour or two when a new pack version is released before we can update.

We've been with them for over six years, and even though we've peeked at other services here and there, we always end up back with them. They're always on the ball, offering a bunch of different packages that don't break the bank. I'm over on the West Coast and my friend plays from Texas, but we both play without any bad ping/lag. Seriously, I couldn't shout them out enough. If you're looking for a chill Minecraft server host that gets it right, these are your guys.

As proof of how cool these guys are, I wouldn't be surprised if i got some free server time for writing this review... to be clear, they are not giving me server time to write this, but it would be cool if they did ^.^ :P

Every time I put in a ticket requesting an update to their game versions repository, because the pack has updated, the response time is less than 24 hours.

Amazing support, easy to use, works flawlessly

I have used Minecraft-hosting.pro for about 3 years now to run many servers for my discord community.
The connection is reliable, with minimal lag when generating large numbers of chunks, and can handle many mods, which is good because my group loves to add onto the 200+ mods we currently run.
Pricing sits above and beyond its main competitors (Apex and Bisect to name a few), and is fairly customizable. I appreciate there's usually some deals for new servers, and price cuts here and there.
The UI for the admin options, web console and webFTP are very simple to use, and I do appreciate the more recent bonus of being able to use WinSCP directly from the Admin console, as it provides a faster upload and edit time for config files, as I don't have to constantly upload and download .cfg between my pc and the server.

I have used “Minecraft Hosting Pro” awhile now and have been very impressed with the service received and the customer support is fantastic!! I would recommend this company to anyone thinking about going into Minecraft! Experience ongoing since 2022.

Summited a support ticket and they were able to resolve my issue. Only small nit pick would be my first ticket when unanswered but after that the experience was very pleasant and had quick response times.

I am writing this currently writing this I have used this on and off throughout the years, and let me just say I do think this is fairly "OK" For the price. However time and time again I encountered issues.

I am currently waiting for a ticket to be responded too so we will see what comes from that BUT if the ticket appears to be no help in fixing my current issue of crashing on start up, then heres what Im gonna say about this.

You guys put "modpacks" for players to discover and find, Its great to see new modpacks appearing. However when your server is crashing from "Memory issue" When we are upgrading to HIGHER payment plans. and when it doesnt crash from that. It just doesnt go up simply from pressing the start button.

Then whats the point of A) Having that modpack within it if I cant run it DEFAULT through this hosting.

Or B) Your server has a memory issue with even the BASICS of Modpacks or vanilla. VANILLA ESPECIALLY should not be having this issue.

Sure its easy to identify when its a "Memory issue" crash or a mod involved crash but so far it appears that this hosting just cant handle the simpliest of modpacks. this is like advertising

"Hey you wanna see this really cool game that just came out" Only to try it and find out that the 3D character is actually a stick figure.

At this point I rather have the lazy way of playing minecraft with friends I enjoy this hosting when it works from its many issues I have encountered. but if it cant even run vanilla minecraft then Im honestly better off hosting it off my hosting and then figuring out how to add mods since this seems to just be lackluster.

Update as of 3/7/23: After the attempted help they have gave and I'll be honest thats all I can ask for. I am unfortunately not gonna be changing my review. Instead I will be changing my view slightly.

When I can goto a host with less specs that this host offers, we tested both modpacks and havent Experienced any crash, lag spike or anything that I have encountered, along with other issues such as plugins, and other ends.

After a decent years of me using this host I will not be using it any longer, this is no longer a host I can feel secured that im getting the best in with my money's worth. I cannot say that this host is right for me.

To clarify, I originally had the Prime plan which came 4GB of RAM, but I upgraded to the 14GB plan, Orion, after experiencing issues with your service. It was even confirmed we had the 14GB of RAM in one of the ticket exchange where we were informed of our resource usage (only 28% was being used based off that ticket). This plan should of been more than plenty for the modpacks we were using with my small group of friends playing on the server, but I figured we try it just to rule out a issue with the resources needed. Note that the modpack with the highest ram recommendation was 5GB at a minimum and 8GB for the smoothest experience. Still, we experienced issues with the server.

I would like to point out that we have opted to try out a different host and use their 7GB plan just to test something. The same modpack we tried on your service is working just fine on this new host. No crashes or any other issues we experienced using your service. We can only conclude the issue is not the modpacks we were using, it is something to do with your servers themselves.

I did see you offered a refund and even asked me to remove this review. I couldn't reply to that message even if I wanted too as I closed the ticket prior to your teams response due to I have made up my mind to just move on to the new host. The ticket didn't seem to reopen for a reply if I even wanted too. With this said, I have no interest in using your services any longer after the frustrating experiences with performance of the server.

They've removed free automated tasks recently like restarting your server every x hours and now require you to pay 3 dollars to let you do so. Bad move on their part. They also disabled FTP access on free accounts but thats completely acceptable because it was being use for nefarious reasons like bitcoin mining. The prices are decent but the automated task fee is a bit too much for me to even give this 4 stars.

Best price per performance I've used... and it's not even close. I used to overpay for servers assuming I was getting what I was paying for; never again.

I seriously can't think of anything to complain about. I've used Minecraft Hosting Pro since early 2019 and will continue to do so for the foreseeable future.

the overall usage was very good, easy to set up plugins on my own. not much lag even with up to 7 or so people at a time with the Ultron package.
was able to navigate files and console without much effort to find also.

the only thing negative was the renewal process issues
