I am feeling like i was scammed
I ordered the sheets and within 20 minutes sent an email to cancel. No response.
Emailed the next day to cancel. No response.
Called their customer service phone number. Rang 62 times, no one picked up.
Will be charging back the charge. In my opinion, this company feels like a scam

I was sent the wrong size. So I called. No answer. Over and over. So I try online. Sure, someone will get back to me IF I PAY $5 within 7 days. Wtf kind of customer service is this?

No refund for king sheet set! AVOID company.
Placed an order 11/12/2025 for KING Silver/Grey Clean & Cool SHEETS, with FREE 3pc Towel Set for $129.09.
Returned both sheets and towels. On 12/9 I received a PayPal refund for $18. Emailed them several times with no good response. Will never order from them or their subsidiaries again. Terrible customer service and no refund.

MiracleMade bait and switch
I have owned MiracleMade sheets for years and loved them for their cooling performance. My recent order was clearly not the same product.
Customer service confirmed these are “Generation 3” sheets, yet nowhere on the website or product listing was this communicated. The cooling feel and fabric quality are significantly different from prior versions.
When I requested a refund after discovering the change, it was denied because it was past 30 days. The issue is not timing — it’s transparency. If a company materially changes its product, customers should be informed.
I can no longer recommend these sheets based on my recent experience.

Miracle Made Sheets Flimsy and Tear Easily
I bought Miracle Made sheets in May 2024 for about $140.45 and less than a year the bottom flat sheet just split an tore apart. Absolutely horrible content and wear. I did not even use them on a weekly basis but would use others to save on wear. I contacted them May 2025 and never heard back. I would never use them again and do NOT recommend their sheets or towels,very flimsy and thin quality.

The sheets and pillowcases come out of the dryer completely horrendous. It took me an hour and a half to Iron 4 pillowcases with Bounce Ironing Spray(which i love) Thank Goodness I had the spray. I wish I had taken a picture. So Disappointed

Worked great until the 30 day warranty…
Worked great until the 30 day warranty was over. It was almost 30 days exactly before I noticed i was waking up after a couple of hrs hot. The 1st 30 days they were great. They kept me cool so I could sleep all night. They were the most expensive sheets I bought and now I use them as rags. The issue from day one was they were wrinkled after washing and I had to iron the top flat. I only did the top hem since that's what bothered me.

My husband bought these sheets for us…
My husband bought these sheets for us because I’m always on the search for comfortable bedding. After washing they felt rough and cheap. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and bc of thousands of positive reviews thought they must just need to be washed a couple more times. Nope. Trash for $100

Very angry that I was scammed and lied…
Very angry that I was scammed and lied to about these sheets. First time I've paid so much for something so low quality. The sheets are rough, not cooling at all, and if you've got a pet, you'll be washing the sheets every day because they really REALLY grab hair and fur and don't let go.
I am totally unimpressed with this product.

Not worth the money
The sheets were comfortable at first. After about 5 washes, they have formed pills and feel like there is sand in the bed! The pillowcases for the queen set are too small and come off easily.

Too expensive and disappointing due to the size
I bought a king size set of Miracle Brand sheets. I was disappointed with them due to the fact that they were not big enough for my mattress. The pockets weren’t deep enough so they come off my mattress at night when sleeping. They seem comfortable enough but for the price, I would not recommend them.

I sleep well, much better than before. The temperature regulation is excellent The sheets are so easy to put on the bed. I love them!

Best sheets and pillows I have ever owned
These Miracle Brand sheets and pillows are the best that I have ever owned! They are soft, resist bacteria, allow for fewer washings, as well as being temperature controlling. I have already reccommended these to family and they have purchased them as well.
