An example of a professional and customer orientated firm. I initially contacted a well known national competitor prior to visiting Mirror Image and there was a substantial difference between what was being offered. The competitor illustrated the product using an awful design program on a laptop. The MI designer used a hand drawn illustration that actually looked better. The Designer from MI got straight to the point and appeared to be more grounded in their approach (rather than waffling about how good their reputation is and what awards they have won.)

I would say that the showroom in Norwich is compact. However, the setup and displays were very well illustrated. Also, the team were friendly and helpful. There is a a lot of choice between traditional wood and more modern designs.

On the day of install, the fitter arrived on time and was very friendly. He even offered to refit the carpet in the carcass which wasn't a difficult job but a nice touch. His overall finish of the unit was nigh on perfect. The cuts that were needed were spot on, the fitting was done to an excellent standard around the door frame and the silicone bead around the wardrobe exterior was seamless. He took very little time and cleaned up after install.

I have had the unit for near on a year and have had no issues. The rails and sliding mechanisms have not needed any adjustment and the team were also helpful when i needed a sample of the carcass to colour match.

I cannot make any criticisms of the service as there were none, thanks.

Definitely recommend. From design to fitting everyone was so professional and provided an individual service. Communication was excellent every step of the way. I love my new wardrobes they've made such a difference to my bedroom and they were fairly priced.

Excellent service provided by Mirror Image. We had a new wardrobe fitted. Chris and Adam were both friendly and gave great advice throughout the process. The wardrobe looks amazing and all done at a great price compared to quotes from other suppliers.

Bespoke fitted wardrobe installed in our bedroom by Jason who did a fantastic job. It looks great and we are very pleased with the quality of craftsmanship.
Chris the designer understood our requirements and designed a wardrobe that fits the space perfectly.
Although we had to wait three months from when we placed the order to having it fitted because the company are very busy, it was worth the wait.
Would definitely recommend them for customer service and a quality product.

Really good service from Mirror image, building us a fitted wardrobe, under stairs cupboard and bespoke shelving and cupboards for our garage. Professional design service with good communication throughout. The fitters adhered to social distancing and were able to make changes to our design on the second day when we changed our minds about what we wanted the shelving in the wardrobe to look like! Really high quality finish, we are thrilled with the finished work!

I have to say our fitter Adam was absolutely brilliant, when he came to dismantle existing wardrobes, he discovered problems with the design, but sorted out calmly and together with Marcus ensured we were happy with changes.
On installation day Adam worked extremely hard and we are absolutely thrilled with the result.
During these extremely difficult times the company have made sure we were kept up to date and worked in a professional and safe manner.

From design through to install the team at Mirror Image did a fantastic job

I cannot recommend this company highly enough. The design process was first class, helped along by the very patient Jeremy Fallon in the Cambridge branch. When there was an issue with fitting dates, they pulled out all the stops to make it happen for us. The fitters, Adam and Jimmy, were very friendly and super efficient. They made a first class job (wardrobes, bookcases, desks etc in all four bedrooms) of each room. I am so impressed and really thrilled with the end product. Although not cheap, they are literally half the price of other well know fitted wardrobe companies. It is simply not possible for them to have done a better job. Do not go anywhere else!

Nothing but a first class service throughout. Even with the COVID crisis there were no delays and communication has been great. Jason fitted the wardrobes this week. The work is faultless. He had to adapt the inner structure and the side panels to accommodate our existing picture rails. Brilliant job. We would definitely use them again. We first had wardrobes from Mirror Image back in the Eighties and it’s great to find a small company still trading and still working to all the same high standards as they did then. A testament to their quality.

Friday the 13th lived up to it’s reputation.

Less than a week before fitting and a day after Mirror Image removed our old wardrobes, I received a call on that dreaded day from Marcus, the Managing Director. There was a problem with our choice of colour for the interior, as the delightful COVID-19 was causing chaos with distribution.
Would we like another colour? We were asked?

Err, no.

Not at all.

Needless to say, you think you know where the rest of this review is going.

Well, you’d be wrong.

Faced with an impossible dilemma, Mirror Image still delivered. They pulled out all of the stops to get us the product we had requested. During this mini-crisis, they kept us constantly updated- communication was flawless.

The wardrobes look amazing and we are very, very pleased. Thanks to Chris (our designer), Aaron (the fitter) and of course, Marcus, who saved the day.

I would recommend Mirror Image, they completed the installation of our wardrobes today. Adam, Jimmy, and Arron were excellent. They were kind , thoughtful and courteous. The wardrobes are lovely and very smart.
