I had such a great experience dealing with the guys in M Kelly interiors. I was under some stressful deadlines to get things finalised for my new business and they went above and beyond to reassure me and help get things done within the time frame needed. I’m delighted with the quality and look of my new carpet and the window seat they made for me is top quality.
Everyone was extremely helpful and I was never left waiting for an answer from anyone. They delivered everything exactly when they said they would…a rarity these days.

I recently had such a great experience with M. Kelly Interiors. I was pregnant and moving into a new home at the same time, so things were a bit hectic but their customer service honestly made everything easier. The team were so kind and helpful throughout, nothing was ever too much trouble.
We picked up a few bits for the house a suite, coffee table, and some lovely home décor pieces. Their range is amazing, and they work with some really great suppliers (I especially love Chehoma!). The quality is fab, and I even managed to grab a few bargains in their showroom sale.
I’m not usually one to leave reviews, but they genuinely deserve it. Such a great company to deal with friendly, professional, and full of lovely ideas. I’m really looking forward to their new website launching!

Absolutely deplorable! Owner is incredibly rude. Ordered 3 settees, asked for delivery when first available, was given a date and requested if they could manage it that I'd appreciate the morning. Delivery day arrived, I rang for a time update at 10.00, was put on hold, girl came back and said it would be between 1-4, van was on the other side of the city so no chance of earlier. 4.00, I rang for an update and was told my delivery was not booked in at all, however, they would fit me in the next morning.
The lads arrived the next morning, one sofa had the wrong legs and the wrong scatter cushions arrived for all three. I had requested and confirmed upon ordering that they would be self colour cushions. My furniture is rose pink, the cushions that arrived are jade green. I went to the shop, I ask if they could check for the correct colour, they said I'd have to speak to the owner who flat out said no, when I said it wasn't what I ordered, he basically said, 'so what, he wasn't getting what I was promised in for me, that I could keep them or return the furniture and get my money back, when I said that wasn't a good solution, he started shouting at me and stormed off when he was finished his stream of abuse. I waited for the sales staff and said I wasn't leaving without the correct legs, they rang the driver to confirm the issue and took the scratched legs off a floor model. The owner saw them doing this and came over aggressively arguing about the legs until both staff said that they had checked in with the van, to which he spun on his heel again.
Horrible man to deal with who was adamant to inform me that the shop was there for 40 years, I didn't bother to tell him, yes - mostly under his father and funny he's closing the physical shop now!
Nasty experience, deal with anyone else, or at least don't pay in full in advance like I did.

We’re disappointed to read your review, as it does not reflect the efforts we made to accommodate you throughout your purchase. The settees you purchased were brand new, pre-packed from the manufacturer, and not floor models. They were superb value originally priced at €5,000 and you received them for less than half that price, with a discount of €2,500. Delivery was arranged for the very next day.
All sofas of this model come with scatter cushions chosen by the supplier, not by our store. Our sales assistant mistakenly believed this range came with silver cushions, and we apologise for that miscommunication. Unfortunately, the cushion colour cannot be changed as it is set by the manufacturer.
When you contacted us about the delivery time, we found that a delivery had not yet been arranged with us. As soon as you rang to ask when it would be delivered, we organised this straight away for the following morning.
Unfortunately, the suite arrived from the manufacturer without any legs at all. Once we became aware of this, we rectified the issue immediately by fitting the legs from the showroom floor model you had originally chosen, so your sofa matched your preferred style. We do sincerely apologise for the two issues you experienced the legs and the cushion colours.
We understand you contacted several members of staff multiple times regarding price changes, which at times made it challenging to manage the order efficiently. Nonetheless, we did our best to respond politely and to meet your requests wherever possible.
Matthew would like to personally apologise if his manner came across as rude when you visited. It has been an exceptionally busy time for us, with close to 40 deliveries going out each day, but that is no excuse, he accepts he should have handled the conversation more calmly and respectfully.
While we regret that you were unhappy with certain elements of the order, we feel it is important to clarify that we acted promptly and in good faith to resolve each concern.
Trying to buy furniture from a company who sell online but don't deliver outside their own locality and refuse to organise a courier. So technically, only people who live beside it can buy online from them, thus defeating the purpose of having a website?
Rude staff on the phone.
We would not recommend M Kelly carpets. We were told they were good quality, they were worn within 2 months and we have been chasing them for 6months to correct the problem and they keep pushing us off saying someone will call... We will not be buying from them again.
We bought vinyl kitchen flooring from Paul and the customer service was excellent and the fitting team were also excellent on 15april
Please do not buy from here. Had the most awful experience with this company. The whole situation left me feeling incredibly upset. I’ve never written a review for any company before but feel compelled to do this.
