Absolutely fantastic service from MK Loft Boarding!
I had my loft boarded this weekend, complete with a new ladder and mains light, and the whole experience was outstanding from start to finish. MK Loft Boarding were incredibly quick to respond to my initial enquiry, and within just a few days they had a knowledgeable surveyor out to assess everything. They even managed to fit me in sooner than expected so I could get everything sorted before digging out the Christmas decorations this year, a huge bonus!
Steve was the installer on the day, and he was brilliant. He arrived on time (in fact a little early due to a cancellation), was extremely professional, and took great care to protect all flooring from the hallway right up to the landing before starting any work. He was friendly, personable, and even took the time to say hello to our dog, who was absolutely thrilled to meet him!
The workmanship was fantastic. Steve got on with the job efficiently, and when everything was complete, he took us through the setup step-by-step, making sure we were confident using the new ladder and accessing the loft safely. He even went above and beyond by helping us lift the Christmas decorations back up despite knowing they’re coming down again next weekend!

There was absolutely no mess left behind, just a clean, well-boarded loft and a perfectly fitted ladder ready to use.
I’m genuinely impressed with the service, professionalism, and care shown throughout the process. I would highly recommend MK Loft Boarding to anyone considering improving their loft space. Excellent company, brilliant workmanship, and a great experience all round!

On the day, the workmen arrived on time with a text in the morning notifying us of their arrival time. They carried out the work quickly, being cautious with keeping our house clean, doing a good job cleaning up after themselves.

Great customer service from start to finish. Very professional approach when providing me a quote, laying out options and costs for each element of quote.
The team texted each morning to advise their arrival time. They completed the work in the scheduled two days, the finished product looks very good providing me with safe walking areas in my loft and great storage area.
The guys were considerate and made sure everything was clear and tidy before they left each day.

I had a number of quotes but this was the most comprehensive, and also told me what I didn't need!
Once I accepted the quote the work was completed within two weeks. The fitters were clean and tidy and very polite and helpful, doubling checking what I had agreed to and ensuring I was happy before leaving. Can not thing of anything they could have done better

I’m really pleased with the work by MK Loft Boarding from the initial contact to the completed project. This company has done a few jobs in the area where I live so I thought that I would make an appointment for a survey/quote. Callum turned up on time and explained what he was going to do. He did the survey then sat down to explain what needed doing and exactly how the quote was calculated then all the information was sent to my email address on the same day.
I accepted the quote and Steve and Alex duly turned up to do the work. They were both very polite, friendly and cheerful and Steve gave a run-down of what they were going to do and quickly got on with the job.
The time required for the job was estimated at 1 ½ days but they completed the main bulk of it on the first day and Steve and Aaron came back the next day to finish a couple of minor jobs, including making the loft ladder I already had safe as it was a bit ‘wobbly’! and they cleared up all the rubbish and took it away with them.
Communication at all times was excellent from emails and texts from Babs coordinating everything from the office to texts from the fitters informing me of exactly when they would arrive – times of which were spot on!
I have no hesitation in recommending MK Loft Boarding – Thank You Everyone.
