Visited the Epsom branch today with my friend. Was served by a very knowledgeable and friendly man who provided us both with top service and great advice. Very impressed with his work when adding a screen protector and cases to our phones. Absolutely perfect service, will be back for a cordless charger!! Many thanks :)

I had an excellent experience thanks to Sajjad's outstanding customer service. He was professional, friendly, and made me feel genuinely valued throughout my visit. His excellent communication and positive attitude made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. Repaired in an hour! Brilliant!
My phone had suddenly gone haywire - the screen not responding but still having a mind of its own! I wasn't expecting great news when I took it along to their Plymouth outlet, as it was basically unusable. I thought they were going to tell me it would need to be sent off, or new parts ordered, etc. To my surprise and great relief, they had it back in full working order in around an hour! Amazing! Can't recommend the team highly enough! Thank you.
