I honestly can't say enough good things about this company. Every aspect of their service is exemplary, from the very first phone call to the after-sales support.

They are a small team, and it really shows in the best possible way. Every member of staff demonstrates genuine empathy, compassion and understanding of the needs of vulnerable people and their families. There are no impersonal call centres or endless handovers – you deal with the same person throughout, so you always know who to contact and never have to explain everything again.

Communication is outstanding. They always call or email when they say they will, keep you informed at every stage, and deal with everything efficiently and professionally. The whole process is organised seamlessly, everything happens when promised, and the installation and product are both of an exceptionally high standard.

Their care doesn't stop once the installation is complete. The aftercare is outstanding, and it's clear that they genuinely want to ensure their customers are happy and well looked after.

In what has been a very difficult and stressful time for our family, this company has been a pleasure to deal with. I would recommend them without hesitation.

Smooth from initial enquiry to final installation. Paul understood my requirements and answered all my questions in detail and the quote was exactly as requested. The installation was booked in line with my timelines and I was kept updated throughout of installation timings closer to the day. Installation went like clockwork, with everything explained and confirmation given of the support contact details. I'd have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Mobility Scotland.

The MS team have been superb from start to finish and from the initial meeting to installation of our stairlift took less than a week. Pierce from sales was excellent and Raymond from the install team was also really good. I cannot recommend them highly enough for service, personality, value for money and general approach. Service attention to detail

This is just the most amazing company for products and the customer service/experience is second to none. This is the third purchase we have made. This time a chair for my dad. He loves it. (Previous purchases was a bed for my folks and a chair for my mum). From start to finish the process was seamless and I cannot say how good we have been treated. Billy is just fabulous and knows his stuff for sure. Keeping us in the loop and checking in. Deliver dates spot on and the team that deliver are the nicest bunch - along with being very competent. Don’t by pass this company. You won’t be let down - EVER.

My aunt needed a stair lift, as she was struggling to manage the stairs in her home.
The staff were helpful, informative and considerate, and the stair lift is ideal for my aunt.
Due to her age, she was nervous about using a new product, but the installation staff and the follow-up visit the same day, meant that she fully understands how to use the stair lift and is very comfortable.

From the moment I sent the first email to ask for some advice as to how to get a chair lift installed , until the actual install . Billy and Paul were very helpful in every way . Was looking to get a chairlift installed for my mum . Billy recommended coming into the showroom in Kirkintilloch to have a look at what can be done . We simply sent in a couple of pictures to help with our requirements . Paul then came out for a survey to make sure what we had picked would work. We had to get a radiator moved and the guys were very accommodating on waiting for this to be done . The finished article works a treat no mess no hassles , Paul showed up to complete the hand over to make sure my wee mum knew exactly how to work it . She loves it , can’t thank the guys enough

The staff from the shop appointment through to the installation team were completely focused on getting the right solution for my Mum. Lovely people to deal with, no hard sales, transparent and competitive pricing. I had a few quotes and and Mobility Scotland came out on top for quality and customer service. They did not employ a hard sales technique like all the others so it made the choosing process extremely simple. I also loved the wee bag of treats 😀
