Modern Line Furniture Avis 

The product is exactly what I was hoping for and it was delivered super fast which was great. My only critique would be that the delivery did NOT occur within the promise window. The truck arrived approx. 2hrs later than what was confirmed over the phone with the driver. Not a huge deal, but something worth noting.

Alex, not only put our order together in less than one hour, but was able to follow up and make suggestions on selections. I loved working with him and found him to be very helpful. He also was on top of our delivery and made sure it was delivered on time. I am so appreciative of everything he did for us. Great service and great quality delivered to us.

This was one of my easiest buying experiences! I worked with Jennifer C. Cheng and she was awesome! I work for a event production company and I am always buying items for my events. This was by far one of the best experiences I've had with any vendor. She was great on the sales end and the delivery was just the same. Delivery crew called ahead let me know when they would be pulling up and delivered everything flawlessly.

I had to modify the sectional I wanted to fit in the space. Every person in the process was helpful and patient. We got the sectional sized perfectly. Not only did they help through that were long process but they subtracted the coat of the alterations as it was smaller and honored the sale price after the sale was over. I do not believe they were responsible to do this I had not yet confirmed I would purchase. Customer service like this is rare and greatly appreciated.

I purchased furniture from Modern Line years ago for my home and I was very satisfied. Now I'm purchasing it for my piano bar and I called with a lot of questions and Alex was very helpful. My first experience with Modern Line which always gives you concerns. Not to worry. Bertila R. is an excellent sales person, friendly, knowledgeable, and responsive. We purchased furniture from Modern Line for the Club Room in our condominium building. The furniture looks great. The modern look has taken the room to another level that our residents will certainly enjoy. People are lining up to reserve the room for their private parties.

We spent over $3,000 on furniture and one of the couches had blue permanent marker that bled from the wrapping on the white couch. We sent pictures, tried leather cleaner to get it off ourselves and it didn't work. They were not apologetic at all, they would not give us our money back, but they sent us a "leather kit" to try and fix it ourselves. We needed this couch for an event we were having the next weekend and we still have yet to receive this "leather kit". I am less than thrilled with this company at the moment.
