Of you want quality just avoid it . Perhaps you can get a better quality and price you go to window shop in your town .
On the 3th order with them and I'm just getting more disappointed. Sems they don't know how to do their job . No meter what I'm doing withe France door triplet glazed can't put it right .I can see through the gaps ... From very high energy rated doors I expected a more . At the end they don't have even connected me back . Avoid avoid .

Your order was delivered on 16/02, and no issue was reported to us until after hours on 15/03. We responded promptly on 16/03, requesting further clarity and have not ignored your concerns at any stage.
We take the quality of our products seriously and are fully prepared to investigate and resolve any genuine issue. However, this process requires constructive and respectful communication, which has not been reflected in your email correspondence to us.

Great company, great quality products, great customer service
I've been meaning to leave this review for far too long!
What a great company. I replaced all our windows myself, and, as a novice, they were great at answering my many (basic) questions!
Their online designer tool is fantastic, their range of products is great, the quality of the supplied windows was great.
I really can't recommend them enough.
There were a few small issues, such as not enough glazing clips had been provided, but they were happy to send out the extra bits promptly as needed.
I also used them again more recently to replace our old patio doors with a new sliding version. We used their fitters as I decided the glass units were too heavy for me to attempt safely myself. They provided a fantastic service at a good price, the fitters were friendly and professional, and did a high quality job.
If I had any more windows or doors to replace I'd definitely use them again!!!

Awful quality & awful customer service
I bought 2 doors and one of the supplied locks failed and wouldn't unlock this was under 1 werk old. I had to pay £120 forva locksmith to sadly open the door and remove the lock. This company then sent a new lock but is was the wrong size and the wrong colour. Ive had to buy my own lock now and they refuse to reimburse for the locksmith. The products are unfit for ourpose and terrible quality and the customer service is as equally terrible. This market is flooded with compaines all doing the same but the quality and service from this cowboy outfit is truly awful ! Be warned!!

Thank you for taking the time to leave your review. I am sincerely sorry to hear that you have a defective barrel, which is a rarity, particularly so soon after purchase. I fully appreciate how disappointing this is. I understand that a replacement barrel was sent quickly however by human error, a nickel one was sent instead of brass - we supply so few brass cylinders and this hasn't been picked up by the parts team. I can only apologise.
My understanding of the situation is that you have been liaising with our Customer Services Supervisors since the point of reporting who are awaiting details of the invoices, which have been requested more than once by email. Please do send these over to info@modernupvcwindows.co.uk when you can and, as confirmed already, we will work out the fairest resolution to this unusual complaint.

Extremely disappointed
Extremely disappointed. Windows manufactured incorrectly (£25k order), install not completed to a high standard (packers littered everywhere, majority of windows don’t open properly, not sealed around outside of windows to make weather tight, door cill still not here, been waiting 2 months)
2 failed surveys, no communication or after service and countless broken promises.
Management are not interested - it appears the only way to resolve the issues is to instigate Section 75 dispute/refund via my card company, and push through court if insufficient remedy.
Have been left with a massive builders invoice to make good the manufacturing errors.
Will be very disappointed if they take the time to respond to this review when they should be responding to and resolving the issues with their manufacturing and install.

Fantastic company
Fantastic company, The product is first class and you are kept up to date with the delivery. The driver was very cheerful and helpful despite having a difficult address to deliver. If this helps I was in the building trade for 50 years.

2nd time if using, everything delivered as per expected, love the fixing kits and the joint strip works perfectly connecting the side screen to the door all sizes as per order, love the way you can use the online site to make up the doors and windows

Great no fuss ordering with helpful guides.
Have ordered twice now and they have been brilliant, lots of helpful guides to translate the trade jargon. The products and customer service have also been excellent. You can just contact them on WhatsApp and they reply quite quickly.
Would use again no problem!
