Daylight robbery

You'll only experience swift service if you're not yet a patient. Once you become one, the appointment time you're given is irrelevant. Those times are handed out merely to manage their scheduling, but they don’t reflect reality. When you arrive, you’ll take a ticket and watch as people who aren’t existing patients walk in and get seen immediately, while you wait for hours. The line for existing patients moves painfully slow because they keep adding new patients, using the same doctors for both. Be prepared to wait at least three hours past your scheduled 'appointment' time.

Poor treatment, audrey was incompetent when taking an impression for my braces which resulted in months of pain and discomfort.

I visited for an assessment and cannot recommend enough.

Moira is a superb orthodontist with a focus on complex surgical cases as she works alongside her elected surgeon, which i think is fab if you're in the market for someone proficient as she is.
After a scan, moira diagnosed me like it was almost second nature (almost always overlooked by orthos who aren't as experienced as she is) and this allowed me to put my trust in her wholly. I can see why she's spoken about in such high esteem.
Due to her expertise in the field, she understands the nature of misplaced bites and especially ones that are skeletal in origin rather than just purely dental.
Upon examining my scan, she gave me a thorough analysis of the movement intended and an excellent general clinical diagnosis which only the most skillful orthodontists are capable of proposing.

She does also did suggest that i visit a perio before the treatment to ensure my teeth were at optimal health in order to begin treatment so obviously does have the patients best interest at heart. I think when researching it's important to find someone who genuinely does care about the patient too.

It's walking distance from the station so travelling wasn't a faff either.

Moira Wong’s dental clinic is the best I have used in London in 20 years. Sara in the front office is friendly, efficient and capable. She really does help me maximise my time. Carmen has been my family’s dentist for years: she is a thorough dentist providing preventive, restorative and emergency care with a smile. She really is good. Moira is a brilliant orthodontist and helped me get comfortable around having braces in my 50s as this will help my overall health when I am older. Their clinic really is top-notch.

Dr Moira Wong undertook some complex orthodontic work on my teeth for 18 months. It was part of an overall reconstruction plan for my teeth. Appointment booking was easy, all the team were welcoming and Moira's expertise was amazing. I am very pleased with the final result and smile all the time. You are treated as a 'whole person' and not just as a 'set of teeth' Can recommend the practice to any adult thinking about having a brace.

I began treatment with Moira two and a half years ago after being refused orthodontics on the NHS.
At 32 I was used to having a large overbite and pertruding front teeth. My dentist was concerned about the long term effects of the misalignment and the pressure of my lower teeth on my upper pallet.
I was very unsure whether it was worth the commitment, cost and was to be honest worried about the pain.
Moira was confident and reassuring throughout the whole process. Everybody at the Clinic was supportive and I really feel I reseived the best possible treatment. A lot of other practitioners were unsure how best to treat me, but Moira was the best person for the job. That was obvious to me from our first meeting.
My advice to anybody unsure about whether to go ahead is to go and talk to Moira.
It may take longer than expected, but you will be in the best hands and I really think it was worth it. I actually enjoyed it.

I was referred to Moira for an orthodontic treatment when I was approaching 39. The challenge was significant. Over the years, I had a lot of dental work done, including several root canal treatments and some large fillings. I needed to correct my bite, which had become rather bad: overbite, overjet, rotations and a severe mis-alignment of my back teeth. To add to the challenge, I am an obsessive-compulsive perfectionist...

Moira is simply exceptional. She took the time to understand the situation well, and throughout the treatment she was always keen to listen to how things were progressing. Over the 16 months, she made several adjustments to the plan according to how my teeth were responding. At the end, the result was even better than we had hoped for. Thanks Moira, Jo and Lynda. I warmly recommend the practice for anyone considering orthodontics.

We came to Moira Wong after seeking advice from 4 orthodontists in and around Harley Street and immediately realised we were in the best hands. Moira Wong gave excellent advice backed up with detailed explanations and clear expertise. My son's teeth have been transformed from a very unbalanced look with a 'peg tooth' and transposed teeth into a beautiful smile. At every step he was reassured and given clear explanations of everything being done. Thank you so much Dr Wong for such kind and expert help when we needed it.

I felt rather apprehensive about having braces aged 43 but with lingual you can barely see them. And when it comes to lingual braces there is no question that Stephanie is the expert - she is passionate about her work, that really comes across. She has a fantastic manner, talks you through each step of the journey and is so accessible (always happy for you to contact her between appointments if you have any concerns). My braces come off next month and I am delighted with the results. The only sad thing will be not seeing Stephanie so much. As others have commented she actually makes a trip to the dentist something to look forward to!

Having been so terrified of dentists in my teens, the decision to take the plunge with braces at 25 was a daunting prospect.

Stephanie has been perfect from start to finish ensuring I had enough information, guidance and support at all times- making sure that I was comfortable with the process through out. in just a year i am near ready to get the braces off and have not regretted my decision for a second.

Moira has a Fantastic team at her clinic. They are welcoming and really Professional. Our regular Dentist referred us to Stephanie to look at our daughter (age 9) teeth, which were growing in all directions. Under Stephanie's care and guidance our daughter has a beautiful smile which has improved her confidence a great deal. My Younger children have also changed their diet habits as a direct result of Nasli teaching them Oral hygiene and brushing their teeth correctly.

I was apprehensive at first and questioned the necessity of the treatment at my age (58) . I was concerned about how I would look to my friends and family . No one ever questions the need to wear glasses , but braces , at my age ? I was apprehensive.

Each visit, minor adjustments are made and each step is carefully explained so that I understood what was happening and why .

The team all made me feel special and are very enthusiastic and supportive . When my braces were removed they were more pleased than I was . They were so happy at seeing the results of all their hard work and it helps show how committed and professional they all are.
