Excellent to deal with , my wife lost A stone from her Moissanite ring , she contacted them for a repair , they were very helpful and sent a repair form via email, and we sent the ring off the day after , a few days later we got a very good quote for the repair , and we had it back within a week, looking like a new ring , thank you

I previously ordered 2 rings
I previously ordered 2 rings, both were returned because they werent suitable. The customer service was questionable. At the time I was very unwell after receiving chemotherapy and I was quite worried the rings wouldn't fit me after my treatment. I finished my treatment and reordered knowing the ring would fit, and I would have my forever ring.
I woke to find this company had cancelled my order with no reason or rhyme.
I gave this company another go because their rings are beautiful...yet they treat someone with cancer so awfully.

I can’t praise this company enough. The jewellery is so sparkly! I bought a 1ct heart white gold ring and it’s absolutely gorgeous! I wanted another ring to compliment it so Louise sent me a mock up of what they would look like together. So I purchased my 2nd ring!
Louise Allen is an absolute star! She couldn’t do enough for us. I sent the ring back to be sized on a Monday and it’s only taking 3 days from them receiving it back to being back on my finger!
Fantastic company, would highly recommend.

Exemplary customer service
I encountered a couple of issues with a ring I purchased, but I can't say enough good things about this company’s customer support. Louise has helped me every step of the way - once when i lost a stone out of my eternity ring - this was replaced and returned so fast, and then when i broke my solitaire ring they have basically rebuilt it and returned it - all within a week. Their service has been truly exceptional, with quick responses and impressively fast return shipping. Would definitely purchase from this company again, safe in the knowledge that there is always someone willing to help if anything did go wrong.

Our experience was fantastic shopping for an engagement ring. We booked an appointment and were shown lots of different options by Ellie who also designs the rings. She was kind, helpful and professional with absolutely no hint of pretentiousness. I would thoroughly recommend this company, everything arrived on time and in a beautiful box and emails inbetween were incredibly helpful. If you are getting engaged, I would thoroughly recommend this.

Amazing bespoke service and gorgeous rings
We designed a bespoke engagement ring with Ellie and couldn't have been happier! Her customer service was brilliant, she was so patient and helpful, and the rest of the team kept us up to date at every point of production. The ring arrived yesterday and we are delighted with it - it's exactly what we wanted, it's perfectly made and absolutely beautiful.
