Really simple and easy to understand great price over the moon
Trying to make changes has been the most painful experience my life
I contact support via the chat to get support with an issue on the website not allowing me to proceed to payment. I already have a quote for changes I wished to make and all I needed to do was pay.
I am asked if it is the same car I was trying to quote for the day before, I had quoted for 2 different cars the day before so I asked if it was (Registration number). This was ignored and i was simply asked if it was the car from yesterday, I say yes because I had quoted for that car the day before. I then get a copy-Pasted message saying they cannot offer me a quote for that car. I again ask which car they are referring to as I am ready to pay for the quote I have, already on the screen. This chat does not go further due to a browser crash on my side.
I decide to contact support via the FAQ page to make the changes manually. Without any consideration of which car I am trying to quote for, I get the same copy-pasted message as a reply with no other details.
I reply to try and confirm the car I wish to change to and am palmed off to the chat on the website again.
I use the chat and get the same copy-pasted message FOR THE THIRD TIME. I then had to push AGAIN to say that I had a quote for my changes to finally get into making the changes that I needed to.
A painful experience all over being sent post to pillar with support staff that don’t even read or comprehend the messages I send them

Moja came up as the best quote for car insurance from MoneySupermarket.
Got the quote, jumped through all the hoops, added breakdown cover, then realised that the NCB was incorrect. I updated it, assuming this would lower the premium.
Moja then said they could not quote me. It seems they only quote for up to 2 years NCB, so don't know why they give the option to add more years than this.
After that, I can't go back to the quote and just use 2 of my NCB years for the policy.
As if looking for a half-decent insurance quote isn't a big enough waste of time already.

Unjustified price increase
Unjustified price increase of approximately 50% of my previous premium irrespective of the fact that I made no claims, had no accident during the period insured. Like I’m trapped for being good.

Odd to write a review like this as nothing went wrong. Easy to sort and was well valued. The lack of human interaction was a big problem though. I had a couple of questions and it became clear the handlers (or chatbots) weren't reading my questions just sending stock answers. I became really worried that if something went wrong or I had a problem, i'd be stuck in this loop so ultimately changed insurers. I would be wary. Or at least be aware that you can't speak to a human direct.
