Waited 15 mins in a queue on the phone then when someone answered me, they hung up the call!!!!

If that happens they sh9uld ring you back. I just the think the person on the phone didn't have an answer to my question so hung up on me.

Made a call.
Asked a simple question about a private pension that is nearing maturity.
Was told that it was a service that is NOT offered.
Asked again to confirm I was hearing the answer correctly.

Very helpful staff member explained all my options in a very pleasant and respectful way. I understood before I contacted moneyhelper that I would not be given any financial advice, but he helped me clear my mind and signposted me to other agencies that would provide more information if needed. Very pleasant man indeed.

Money Helper is good for general guidance on pension matters. They discussed the various options available but at the end of the day it's better to seek professional advice from an independent financial advisor to help you make the right decision on where to invest.

I got an appointment straight away and my options were explained clearly. I was able to take the info and explore further at my leisure. The advisor was extremely competent and a good communicator. It felt safe and worthwhile.

Pension Wise agent took the time to understand me, my requirements and talked me through the options available for my Defined Contribution pension.

The guidance (NOT financial advice) offered was talked through in detail and I was allowed to ask as many questions as needed to allow me to understand my options. I was provided with a detailed summary after the call and I now feel more confident around what questions I need to ask my pension provider.
