MoonSleep Beds Avis 

I don't trust this company, they hang up phone calls,hardly replies back to the messages, regarding delays for the bed delivery as it been weeks of waiting and wasted our time,after weeks,they decided to cancel our single bed order without our permission, they didn't even ask us first,they make false promises, they are the worst bed company, they said delivery was delayed because of the mirror, so,my question is, why advertise something on Moonsleep website if it's out of stock? Its very unprofessional, even on the message we said we don't want refund, so they could of easily gave us a alternative bed option, but after weeks of waiting and they wasted our time, they just decided to cancel our bed order without even asking us first for permission. I am making other customers aware of this company, don't use them, there are many other bed companies out there. We had very bad experience with this company. We don't trust this company.
They are the worst company and not trustworthy.

Only a small outfit but that comes with brilliant customer service and aftercare you wouldn't get with the big brands. Always loved the bed I purchased from here (2 of them now) and when I had an issue with one of the mirror panels, they came and fixed it for me despite being like 3 year later, came and talked to us with a coffee whilst doing it at the workshop

Quick and simple or order, variation in products which is why we ordered from Moonsleepbeds . Delivery was within given timeframes and on delivery day we were given a time slot and kept up to date via text. The two delivery guys were friendly, fast, and polite. After having the bed a couple of weeks we can honestly say it’s super comfy and I would definitely recommend

It was a total nightmare buying from Moonsleep: poor quality bed, very poor services, and terrible communication. They treat clients like shit. I wish I never bought from them.

Purchased the bed but it was never delivered. They're refusing to provide a refund.

My second time purchasing a bed and I have no complaints. I would definitely recommend I thought it was pricey until I’ve had a few nights sleep and it was definitely worth every penny.

Personal and professional attention throughout. Delivery was smooth and convenient to me. The quality of the new headboard is excellent and surpassed my expectations. It am delighted with it.

It was a bad experience with MoonSleepBeds, as they wanted to use the purchase to spoil my record. The quality of the bed is so poor and nor what i expected, i can never purchase anything from MoonSleepBeds in the future. Bad communication skills as well, they treat customers anyhow. It was a very bad experienced with them.

Appalling company. The bed I purchased hasn't been delivered. I've received no response from Moonsleepbeds despite sending a letter before claim. I'm now resolving through the small claims court to get my money back.

Ordered my bed in Nov. While putting it together we realised the screw holes are in the wrong place to join the 2 pieces together, also a big scrath in the middle of the mirror & a chip in the corner.
They said they would someone out to repair and offered £50 for the mirror damage. This was 2 months ago... im still waiting. I have contacted them many times and get continuously fobbed off to another day. They even asked my bank details to send refund & still nothing. Very disappointing after ordering a super king brave mirror bed. Wouldn't recommend.

Every thing went great thanks. Which I went higher with the head board. The only gripe I would say is the guys didn’t take the rubbish ie plastic covering I had to throw it in the bin other then that fine thank you

Bed came very late , no response after chasing so many time , in the end when it’s came it was damaged and colour of fitting is wrong
Total disappointment
