Great Job
The fitter, Barry (Baz) was great. Not only did he do a fantastic job on the wet room he was also wonderful with Mairaid (the customer) who has Alzheimer's, fitting a new back door handle when it broke and helping her with other non work issues.
The Passmore Group were very efficient in their communications with me.

Communication from the business was appalling Dan needs customer training for sure. Messed us about with dates and the attitude was not acceptable. Builder kev made up for it he was outstanding. Kirk Electrical was fab too. Thanks you two - no thanks to Dan or the lady who also had attitude

Wet floor shower installation. Excellent fitter. Dean was efficient and made sure we had minimal disruption. Arrived on time and worked to a very high standard. Would highly recommend.cleaned up to a high standard and took all rubbish away. Thanks Dean you are a star!
