Error
Disappointed with my experience. The company sent me a link to approve the print before production, however when I opened the page it appeared to auto-approve without me confirming anything.
The prints are of lovely quality but unfortunately, one of the names was misspelled — an error made by the company, as I provided the correct spelling when placing the order.
Because the print was automatically marked as approved due to what appears to have been a website glitch, the company is refusing to offer either a replacement or a refund for the incorrect item. Instead, they have offered me a discounted rate to purchase the print again with the correct spelling.
As this was intended to be a gift, I’m now left with a print I cannot use due to the spelling error. I do not feel I should have to pay again for a mistake that was not mine.
