Lightweight, easily damaged. Slow response to issues and long lead in for replacement. Disappointing as previous Mountfield machines I have had have been robust and long lasting. Maybe don't buy direct then the chance of damage is lessened.

The item was not delivered despite multiple attempts to contact them for an update. Yet I've continually received prompts to provide a review...

Nice mower but the handles cannot be folded in to take up less room to store. Unless you take them off completely and I had to bend them to fit well.

Engine is superb as usual however the arms that fold down are out of alignment making it weak which makes the mower unstable. This is the second one I’ve bought and it is a small improvement over the 1st. I have not got the will to return it again. They don’t make them like they used to!
