I lost my car keys, relying on my one spare, but wanted the lost key locked out and a replacement spare. I contacted various companies including BMW and Mr Auto Key Services were the only ones who showed any interest in sorting, even with myself an hour or so away. Gave a competitive price and a timeslot that week, was impressed with the communication and will bear in mind for the future (although hopefully not for myself).
Scammed my grandad. He lost his car keys so got 2 new ones from this company his car was perfect before then after getting these 2 new keys nothing works in his car anymore, spoke to the owner of the company and he first offered if we brought the car down to Swindon he would look at it. Then his second offer was that he would come back to my grandads to look at the car to see what’s went wrong since then had went ghost not replying and offered no refund. Scammers avoid.
Romano has just visited and provided me with a replacement key for my Honda Civic, I had an Amazon branded blank, unfortunately it was not fully working and only starts the car but no remote functions, Amazon's fault not Romano. Instead Romano helped me out and gave me a full working key for no extra charge. Romano was probably the most friendliest person I have ever met, it's a shame you cannot give more than 5 stars here and I am very reserved for 5 star reviews but Romano 100% deserves this review. Thank you for your time.
Prompt and efficient service!
Messaged for price for my Jag XF x260 and immediately responded.
Advised address and as luck would have it was on a job nearby so within the hour was onsite and programming new key. And cutting new manual override keys also!
Could not fault the service!
Romano came out this morning 17/05/23 to sort out a replacement key for my car. I cannot fault Romano who’s time keeping us fantastic, Communication with updates fantastic, customer service fantastic. If you need a key replacing or sorting give Romano a call because you will not be disappointed.
