No pushy selling.

Carried out an MOT on my 26 years old Toyota . Excellent service level great team very grand helpful. Also carried out an oil change and vehicle checks. All good gave advice communication was excellent and kept me informed as I stood outside the centre watching . Would recommend to anyone . I use this centre for all my repairs and service needs and tests .

Limp mode within two weeks of service, loose spark plugs causing misfires
Less than two weeks after service, whilst accelerating during an overtake manoeuvre, engine light comes on and drops car into limp mode. In the middle of nowhere I called breakdown who pulled codes for two cylinder misfire the tech cleared errors and got me out of limp mode. It then went into a nearby garage who traced the fault to loose spark plugs with fluid contamination. With other information from the mechanic, I know believe your full service check list to be a wish list. There is no evidence of any hinge/catches lubrication, pollen filter check? (It's been two you twice in three years for full service and never been changed filter had date mark 08/2021). Check timing belt interval using manufacturer recomendations. This is now 6years/62,000miles, my car is 10yrs on 73000miles no conversation regarding history or advising me of this revised replacement point. I and my family have been customers for a number of years, but no longer trust has been broken along with any reputation you had. Doubt I'd trust you to change a tyre now

I have reviewed the service records and invoice, and I would very much like the opportunity to investigate your concerns further. You have been valued customers of ours for a number of years, and I would not want to lose that relationship without making every effort to understand what has happened and address any shortcomings.
The service carried out included a number of inspections and maintenance items, and our records also show that several additional concerns were identified and recorded. However, I appreciate that this does not answer all of your concerns.
I would like to obtain the findings from the garage that investigated the breakdown, review them alongside our service records and establish whether there is anything we should have identified or communicated differently. I would also be happy to arrange for the vehicle to be re-inspected, if that would be helpful.
