I can’t recommend this garage highly enough. The service was fantastic from start to finish. They are genuine, honest and really care about their customers.

Unlike some garages, they don’t try to rip you off or recommend work that isn’t necessary. They explain everything clearly, give honest advice and genuinely put the customer first.

It’s so refreshing to find a garage you can trust and feel confident leaving your car with. Excellent customer service, fair prices and a really personal approach.

Took my car in (by appointment) with a slow puncture. Expected to need a new tyre, but Mr Tyre were able to repair it. I received a text message in around half an hour to say that the tyre had been repaired and the car was ready to collect.

Easy to book the MOT on the app. Work carried out promptly and I was unable to pick the vehicle up for 5 days and they kept it for me. Reception staff good and helpful and overall a good experience.

Friendly service. Didn't charge for work I had requested (pointed out this was not necessary).

Really pleased with the service from Mr Tyre at Lichfield today, they have got me out of a really difficult position when I had an unexpected puncture. Thank you to the fitter Rhys being so quick and the guy who answers the phone all the time to get me a quick appointment.
