Friendly
Friendly, helpful staff. I was just disappointed to find my steering wheel very dirty when I drove away. I could feel the grime on it as soon as I set off.

Staff are always polite and courteous and ask if you would like additional things checking before going ahead and just doing it.

I took my car for an MOT - the member of staff I dealt with was very kind and helpful.
The MOT was completed when they said it would be. There was no hassle and it was good value for money.
