Only booked yesterday to have 2 tyres fitted, also asked once got there to have tracking done. Great service and friendly will be going back

Avoid! Incompetent, Patronising, Dishonest
These guys are beyond incompetent. They don't listen, the misquote and order the wrong tyres. They promise services they can't deliver, and then argue relentlessly with the customer. Avoid!

Misleading quotes, poor service and excuses that don't add up.
I visited the Newcastle-under-Lyme branch some to ask about tyres and tracking for a Sprinter van. They explained that the current tyres are over sized. I asked them to sell me the normal size road tyres. I was told it would be no problem and was quoted £135 per tyre, plus the cost for the tracking adjustment, with the staff insisting this was the cheapest available option.
I declined, checked their own website, and immediately found tyres for £67 each. I bought them online and booked an appointment, only to be told later that they actually couldn't do the tracking after all.
Now they are making excuses about tyre sizes and types, and about the size of their ramp for the work on the tracking, when all this was made clear from the very start. They are either misleading customers on purpose, or are just not paying attention. Either way, this was a complete waste of my time. I went to a competitor the next day, they understood immediately what I needed and got it sorted straight away.

Further to your second posted review, we would like to state that we are not making any excuses about tyres sizes and types, we have just purely stated a factual correct response.
When you visited the depot to enquire about the cost of the tyres, I was actually present at the time and witnessed and listened to the conversation. At no point was there a discussion about the current tyres being over sized, you were informed that it was an odd sized tyre and you were quoted accordingly.

I visited the Newcastle-under-Lyme branch today to ask about tyres and tracking for a Sprinter van. I was told it would be no problem and was quoted £135 per tyre, with the staff insisting this was the cheapest available option. I declined, checked their own website, and immediately found tyres for £67 each. I bought them online and booked an appointment, only to be told later that they actually couldn't do the tracking after all. Misleading in-store prices and terrible communication—they seem to have no clue what they're doing.

We are sorry that you are disappointed, however we would like to point out the following,
You visited our depot on Tuesday 21st July and you asked a staff member to give you a quote on your tyres, he went out and checked the size on your van. The tyre he checked was a 235/70R16 Mud&Snow van tyre. When he checked our system he informed you that this was an unusual size and they would have to be ordrered in, he quoted you £135 for a similar tyre.
At 4.49pm the same day you rang the depot and told our staff member that you had ordered off our website four tyres and were we able to carry put the wheel alignment at the same time. You told him that the vehicle was a Mercedes Sprinter Van, he replied and said without seeing the vehicle he could not guarantee we could carry out the wheel alignment as it it could be too long for our ramp, we would have to see it first. You then informed him, if that was the case cancel the order.
Looking at the tyre order you placed with us, you ordered 235/65R16 Van Tyres which is a completely different size to what you were quoted for in store, and is different to the size our staff member took off one of your tyres.
We have not mislead you with prices quoted, we quoted on the size which was on your vehicle when you visited the depot.

Needed an honest opinion on my tyres after being told elsewhere my tyres needed replacing, the staff were fantastic took the time to look and gave me an estimate on how much life was left in the tyres and told to call in anytime to have the wear checked. Gave me confidence in the brand and will definitely have my repeat custom. Thank you
