Mot experience
I use the Newcastle branch all the time, but my husband needed a mot so we had to go to tunstall instead.
Unfortunately his car failed so had to have a few jobs done elsewhere and then a re test. We could only get into the Newcastle branch for the mot, I didn’t realise you had to go back to the same test centre as the original mot. But the guys at Newcastle did the re test with no hesitation, with no charge, they didn’t have to do that but they are all lovely and I wouldn’t use anywhere else. Great service ⭐

Good experience!
Ordered tyres online (seemed a better price than over the counter at another branch).
Delivery was delayed by manufacturer, but staff kept us well informed and re-scheduled fitting appointment when in stock.
Couldn't wish for better service.
Highly recommend!!

Won’t return despite a good service
Received a good service but I won’t return back there as they like to play GB News in the waiting area.
It’s a real shame, as they’re a great branch but next time maybe keep your political views more on the neutral side.
So disappointed.
