Great friendly customer experience from Jay at the Sutton Coldfield branch. He was able to provide guidance on the best tyres to choose from. I Have take 3 cars in the last few weeks for a total of 8 tyres replaced.

Excellent Service
Excellent Service, Both young men very knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and courteous, which means a lot. Tyres had to be ordered in specially and appointment booked. I had to change the appointment time and day and again that was No problem, everything worked like magic. Excellent customer service.

Hi my experience was mate great purely…
Hi my experience was mate great purely by a lad called William that works there he knows his stuff and works very hard especially as his boss didn’t turn up till half 9 that’s 1 hour late poor William was running around trying to do my tyres as quick as he could while having to drop everything to answer the phone every 5 minutes and deal with random customers that popped in on the off chance . This lad deserves a promotion or at least a bonus if I was him I would of handed in my notice after today . But yeah William great lad and he did a great job .
