Tyre fitter was polite and…
The young lad was polite and knowledgeable and my new tyre was fitted without any delay. In and out within 30 minutes

Branch 5, Website 0.
Ordered a tyre on the website and chose a fitment date. Having heard nothing I rang the branch on the appointed day to find there was neither tyre or reservation. However Dylan sorted out an equivalent tyre for the same price and he fitted it within an hour or so. So 5 stars to Dylan and NIL to the website. Have used this particular branch for 30 odd years and have generally found the service to be very good.

The tyres were there when I arrived
The tyres were there when I arrived, and they started to fit them straight away. The tyres were under inflated when they took the jacks out and the tyre pressure warning was on all the way home, when I checked the pressure they were both found to be low and I had to inflate them both to correct pressure to get the warning of low pressure off.

We are sorry that there was an issue with the inflation of your tyres, and we are glad that it is now resolved.
This is an uncommon issue, but you have raised an important point regarding the pressure warning light, which we would like to provide some additional information about for you and anyone reading.
If, after tyre removal, your tyre pressure warning light is illuminated, we're always happy to look again. Sometimes, the pressure monitoring system needs to be reset to store the current pressure. There are various resetting procedures, depending on the make and model, which our branches can advise on. Some vehicles also have presets to monitor pressures at higher values than standard, such as when a vehicle has a heavier load than normal.
