Avoid taking your car here unless you want damaged sills. The customer service team and area manager have done absolutely nothing to help & say they found nothing in there investigation, although the equipment they used clearly matches to the damage on my car and won’t take any liability for the damage they have done. I have brought my car here for 4 nearly 5 years to get my mot done. Clearly aren’t bothered about their regular customers. The manager in this store is very arrogant and none of the staff are very helpful.

Dear Customer,
We carried out a Mot test on your vehicle by following the correct DVSA procedure, after you had collected the vehicle you contacted us and alleged that we had damaged the sills on the vehicle. When you returned within an hour of the test the vehicle was put back on the ramp and you were shown how your vehicle was jacked up. We also showed that the jacking pads used did not match the damage, your review comment is not factually correct.
We took photos of the damage on your return visit that clearly shows the bare metal of the damage is covered in dirt, discoloured and is not fresh.
You threatened us with a bad review if this matter was not resolved so we are not surprised this has been posted.
We are a reputable honest company that has fully investigated your allegation, we also completely refute your comments that we are not bothered about our regular customers.
All our customers are extremely important to us but we are not going to pay for vehicle damage that was clearly done prior to us working on the vehicle.

Honest and reliable service
Have used this garage for my last 3 cars. Mot, service and any problems I've had . I know nothing about cars and have always found them to honest and not making me spend money unnecessarily. Really friendly bunch of guys!

MOT test.
My booking for the MOT test, was easy to make and carried out very quickly. I was able to wait in comfort and back on the road, as promised within the 1 hour time slot.
