Mr Vitamins Avis 10

My 2nd disappointing purchase from them, this time a complete failure not just an experiment in wasting time waiting for something to leave their warehouse.

This purchase after 2 days of it sitting idol in the process line I get an email asking if I wanted to wait 3 days or get a refund. I asked how long for the refund and got put into a shitty customer ticket system after an email saying it was URGENT.
THIS Shitty supplier will then waste 10 days of your time holding your money because they cannot carry stock even if their website says in stock, this will be 12 days in total with nothing supplied just moving my money out and back in.
When you google search the product this Shitty shop will list it as FREE shipping IT IS NEVER FREE SHIPPING as per listing, it is only once you spend $160 and you wont know that until you have wasted the time on their site and about to pay them that you get notified that the shipping is NOT free.

I read a review on how expensive products are. Last time bought it from Bondi junction. Dec, 25. Intisol $150. 1 kg
Bought it $42 cheaper else where.

********UPDATED REVIEW******* I was contacted by Mr Vitamins with an apology and a refund of the postage. I returned my thanks to them and insisted they should give the client the power to cancel or continue with their order, where short orders can occur, to save on negativity. I hope they will take this on board. My last order with Mr Vitamins was short changed on the items I ordered. The company did not inform me of this. They sent out a short order instead - incurring further postal fees to me as now I have to fulfill my order elsewhere causing additional postal charges. Not only are you making decisions on my behalf, you are incurring more postal fees. Not transparent and I gave you no authority to make decisions for me.

Their website shows a pop-up with 10% discount offer and asking for personal details. After entering the details the pop-up shows congrats message with $10 - not 10%

I'm extremely dissatisfied with their service. I've been waiting a long time without receiving my shipment, and it turns out one item was out of stock, no one notified me. The arrangements are totally chaotic, their customer service doesn't even know if items are in stock, sometimes saying yes and sometimes no.
Meanwhile, I ordered from iHerb at the same time and already got my delivery, but this company still hasn't figured out if they have stock for me. I won't buy anything from them again. 😠

This is my third time at the Bondi junction store where I have been treated so rudely by the staff & shocked these people are even hired! Gas bagging & when I asked a question they were not impressed that I interrupted them.
More than one occassion where they've been rude. I've given up! I'll go elsewhere..will not return.

I feel victim to this company and received disgusting out of date and rancid products. Dont use!

Short dated or out if date products
Well for a start I paid good money, which is hard to come by I might ad , and my products were really short dated so now out of date and for the bin , I will not be ordering from them again
