Moved into our new house at the Mulberry home development in Middleton Cheney.
Matt James and Steve Kelly have been extremely helpful and made themselves available whenever we needed them. They have helped make our move go as smoothly as possible.

We recently moved into our new build house in Middleton Cheney and couldn't be happier! From the moment we walked in, we were impressed by the quality of the finishes and the attention to detail.
Matt James and Steve Kelly have been absolutely fantastic, checking on us most days, making sure that we are settling into our new home and resolving any minor issues that may have cropped up immediately, nothing is to much trouble for them.

We visited the Kelvedon Rise site yesterday. Francesca, the sales representative at this development was busy with another customer yet despite this made time to greet us. Francesca was extremely helpfully answering lots of questions fired at her. Her answers were very knowledgeable and it was obvious that she has a detailed knowledge of the house styles and the development as a whole. Thank you.

Francesca was extremely professional, knowledgeable, helpful and a real pleasure to deal with.

Jo and Kelly were amazing. Super helpful, knowledgeable and kind. Both were great with our cheeky toddler as well.

They gave great space when we needed it and answered all of our questions, giving us confidence and clarity.

Three month update since moving in : George has worked tirelessly under difficult circumstances on completing our snagging list with regular communication, concise updates and post rework reviews to ensure we are happy with the work undertaken. He is very committed and passionate about ensuring the customer has had a positive experience.
On the flip side, the customer experience team are slow to respond, dismissive of customer issues and unwilling to achieve a positive outcome of an ongoing issue. 1 star *

We reserved our Mulberry property in Houlton in January 2025 and exchanged in March 2025, the process and experience with Karen and Faye during this part of the house buying was professional and seamless. It was a tight timeframe but nothing has been too much trouble and the whole process has been smooth sailing from the first viewing.

George and his team have been on it with the snags we have been in 2 months and the majority has been sorted. He is very organised and chases everything up promptly.

We would definitely recommend mulberry homes and thank you for helping us along with purchasing our second house.

I started my journey to buy my first home with Mulberry homes in September/October 2024. Throughout the entire process both Karen and Faye were excellent at answering all my questions, allowed me to view multiple properties, and offered me great advice to help me find the right fit.

There were some slight delays over the winter months and a few complications along the way which lead me to miss completion before the stamp duty changes in April, which ended up costing me a significant amount of money, while that was disappointing Mulberry were clear with the communication and brought me out to see the property and the builders to talk me through it, which I appreciated. I don’t think that Mulberry could have done much more to avoid the situation, and I appreciate that the build wasn’t rushed, and shortcuts taken, to meet the cutoff date.

Since completion the entire team has been very helpful. There aren’t too many snags on my snagging list, and they’re being dealt with in a timely manner. George has been particularly helpful by collating a list and chasing the various contractors to ensure the snags are addressed as soon as possible.

Overall a great experience, the estate is still under construction and I look forward to seeing how it develops over the next few years!

Our son is considering a move to the Bedford area with his growing family and my wife and I visited Ravensden Park on his behalf to assess whether it might represent a viable option for them.
On arrival at the Sales Office we received a very warm welcome from Jo and Kelly who immediately put us at ease. Both demonstrated a high degree of professionalism whilst remaining extremely personable. Jo went on to take us on a tour of the show homes from which we could see that the properties had been well-planned and finished to a very high standard. As a result, our son has shortlisted this site for his potential move.
Having recently visited several developments in the Bedford area, this one stands out due to is location and the quality of the properties that are available. The staff within the Sales Office on the day that we visited were, in our view, outstanding and a credit to Mulberry Homes.

I visited Ravensden Park this weekend to view a 4 bedroom property, the sales ladies Kelly and Jo were so friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble and the showrooms are lovely! What a beautiful development, I will certainly be in touch when I decide to put my home on the market!

I moved into my new home in Kelvedon Rise this week. From the start everyone was wonderful and in particular Francesca who was nothing but professional, but with that human touch. She understood the stress involved in buying a new home, but took the lead and offered reassurance and support from start to finish. Anita, Sam and Ash have also been so helpful with nothing being too much trouble. When I arrived at the house I was met by a beautiful ribbon on the door and a host of goodies inside. We recently had the pleasure of touring the new build homes and the entire development at Ravensden Park, and we cannot speak highly enough of Jo and Kelly. From the moment we arrived, they made us feel welcome and truly took the time to listen to our needs and preferences. Their knowledge of the properties and the development itself was second to none, and they patiently walked us through everything, from the available options to the future plans for the area.

What stood out the most was how personable and approachable they both were. They didn’t rush us and were genuinely interested in making sure we had all the information we needed to make an informed decision. They even took the time to answer all of our questions in detail, and their enthusiasm about the project was contagious.

The Ravensden Park development is impressive — beautifully designed homes in a fantastic location, with plenty of potential. Jo and Kelly really made the experience enjoyable, and we’re excited to see how the development progresses.

Jo & Kelly from Ravensden park have been fantastic I am currently looking for my first home after going through a Divorce and they have made the whole experience less daunting with their lovely, kind professional manner. I am still in the early days of the process but hope to secure my new home soon.

Francesca at the Kelvedon Rise development has been fantastic throughout the process from reservation to exchange, always updating me quickly with any queries.

Everybody at Mulberry has been really helpful and friendly along the way and particularly Francesca at Kelvedon Rise itself. Francesca is always on hand to answer questions, extremely helpful and has kept us up to date with everything throughout the process so far.

Just had our shower sealant replaced by Gavin and he was absolutely brilliant!
Did such a good job and did something I had never heard of before. He filled the bath half way with water before applying the sealant. I asked why and he said so it weighs the bath down, so the sealant doesn't lift. This is a sign of a good workman.
He even went above and beyond and helped me put a new battery in the fire alarm, as it was beeping.
Such a nice guy.
