My music box no longer played music, I looked the company up, mailed the box, they promptly fixed the music box and mailed back , no problems , I was so happy to have the music box playing music again!
Absolutely Beautiful! Any questions I had Denny was very helpful. This is a gift for my daughter for Christmas and she will cherish it forever. Excellent craftsmanships on the box and the plays beautifully. The message I had put inside also turned out very nice. Love it! A keep sake forever! I love Music Box Attic, they recently did an exchange for me, and really helped throughout the whole process, making it easy and quick. I've ordered from here before, and plan to order more as well. They are kind, caring, professional, sincere, have great quality and are wonderful just as the many music boxes they have. It's hard to find a place that has items lower cost that are still the same great quality as the higher cost ones, but Music Box Attic does. I have bought a higher cost, and some lower cost boxes, and they do not give any less in quality, at all. I recommend them to anyone, they go out of their way to be helpful, and they really have beautiful boxes too. I would not use anywhere else, they most definitely deserve the highest rating, they earn it with even just speaking with you, even if you weren't able to buy right then. Their customer service is very much above most any. Thank you for all of your help, and the beautiful boxes I've been able to get, and all of the ones that will follow.

Dealing with Music Box Attic has been a pleasure in every way. I purchased a beautiful music box for my wife to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary. Their representative, Boris Muchnik was fantastic to work with and helped me to insure that our wedding song, "We've Only Just Begun," was installed in the music box. Shipping was fast and it was delivered in just a few days. The packaging was strong and the box arrived in a beautiful box and cloth sleeve. I couldn't be happier with this purchase and will recommend Music Box Attic to everyone I know.
