This company is a SCAM... BEWARE! Bought two $500 visa debit cards from Fry's. Registered them (via their QR code), set pins, downloaded and installed their App. Cannot use these cards anywhere. Always "fails" with no clear error message. App won't recognize the cards via their QR code and errors with "Invalid card". Customer support is an endless loop with no humans or way to get resolution. You've been warned!
Terrible customer service! Could never get card to connect. Wasted hours with customer service. Finally got a case number reference. No go. Got an email said issue resolved- nope. Seems like a scam to me. I would personally never buy from them!
Was forced to use this service through HoneyFund. Biggest regret of the wedding. Money is distributed disjointedly over multiple online cards which is annoying but the complete and utter lack of customer service is disgusting. One of our 3 cards was listed as "blocked" when it had never been used. $1800 just sitting there, and no answers in their FAQ. I had to ask AI what their customer service number was and which prompts would get me to an actual human. I am currently sitting on hold and completely convinced they make accessing your money difficult so they can apply arbitrary non / use fees and take your money.
I wound up with 2 digital cards attached to mycardwallet.com website. I contacted support 5 or 6 times and could never get help. The cards were not accepted anywhere and whenever I scanned I received errors. mycardwallet dot com repeatedly prevented me from using my two cards, one for $5 and another for $7.44 that was for a settlement. Both cards were forcefully closed with no notice. The $5 card was closed as "expired" and the $7.44 which was attached to a SETTLEMENT was slowly drained for $1.00 a month as a "Dormancy Fee" again without warning or notifications. I Gave Up trying to get my $13 back and no institution cards and their support team just hangs up on you after waiting 40 minutes to get to a person. This site is a complete scam and they are probably stealing MILLIONS of dollars from people by preventing people from using their own money and then charging fees to drain the accounts. DON'T ACCEPT ANY PAYMENT through this site or payments in digital cards associated with this site. It cost me $13 in scams but could cost you way more. Since no one answers the support line, just DON'T do business with them at all. If someone tries to get you to accept a payment through this company/website, request a paper check instead and put it in your own bank account.
