Thanks for describing what happened in detail.

From what you’ve described, it sounds like there may have been an issue with that particular chat session, especially if the conversation started looping and you were repeatedly seeing error messages. The dialogue should not behave unpredictably or constantly interrupt the experience with errors.

If this is still happening, please send us the account email and, if possible, a screenshot or an example of the conversation at info@mydreamcompanion.com. That would help us check what happened in that specific case rather than guess from the outside.

Bei der Bildgenerierung kann es vorkommen, dass ein Ergebnis den eingegebenen Prompt nicht vollständig trifft, besonders bei komplexeren Beschreibungen oder mehreren Details in einer Anfrage. Wenn das bei Ihnen sehr häufig passiert ist, würden wir uns die konkreten Beispiele gerne genauer ansehen.

Auch den Hinweis zur Menüführung nehmen wir ernst. Wenn Sie uns unter info@mydreamcompanion.com ein oder zwei Beispiele der Prompts schicken, bei denen die Ergebnisse deutlich abgewichen sind, können wir besser nachvollziehen, was in Ihrem Fall passiert ist.

The way a character behaves can depend on its configuration and the conversation context, but characters becoming overly repetitive or constantly steering the dialogue in the same direction is something we would want to look at more closely.

The same applies to the account settings and credit issue you mentioned. If the settings page was difficult to locate or your credits did not replenish when you expected them to, we would need to check the specific account and subscription to understand exactly what happened.

If you still have access to the account, please contact us at info@mydreamcompanion.com with the email connected to it. If possible, include the character you were using and the approximate date when the credit issue occurred. That would give us enough information to review both parts properly.
