Very efficient and prompt delivery allowed us to take BNMates with us when we were on holiday. A great service that I will definitely use again!

I used this product around the outer rim of my labrador's eyes after the hair had begun falling out due to an eye -infection, possibly triggered by an allergy. Within a few days the hair started to grow back and the area around her eyes was no longer a source of irritation.

The soap shampoo was good for my dog's skin and coat he looks nice and clean but I still have to wash him every week as he has really dry and scaly skin but the been shampoo helps him.

Parcel delivery was super prompt - feedback request is too soon after receipt of goods - have not tried the products

Bought some Billy no Mates and there is no way I can persuade any of my dogs to eat it and usually they will eat anything

I've bought "Billy No Mates" for a while now. I'm really pleased with it, both my dogs have easily upset digestion so I was delighted that this all natural product didn't cause them any problems.
My Scottie, Nessie, has just started having an issue with dry skin so I was very happy to see that the "My Itchy Dog" web shop sold "Yumega" oil. It's early days with this product but it has such great reviews I feel sure she'll have a scurff free coat soon.

I am using everything recommended on my itchy fox terrier and at least it is under control and all organic so no more drugs , thank goodness.
Only drawback is the postage to here in France is expensive ontop of the cost though sometimes it is possible for a friend to bring items over for me . Have ordered for a French neighbour's dog too.
Will continue as their client .
