My learners tribe is terrible. They take payment for multiple classes as advance from UK parents in pound and they do not provide classes. They cancel every class saying technical glitch.

Paid in full amount for the classes .But somehow every single time teacher and the replacement teacher had an Emergency and is in the hospital.So my kid end up with no teachers.And the frustration of following them up with no clear answers and zero communications from learners tribe.Other parents please don’t fall into their scam and waste your money.Not worth it.Spare your money and time for a reliable company.If I could give them no star at all I would .They don’t even deserve to have one star rating.

Sharing this as a WARNING ⚠️ to other parents: Please do your research before enrolling your child here. I paid 6 months of fees upfront, only to have my child's classes stopped after one month — because the teacher never received their salary. This is unacceptable, and I don't want other families to go through the same ordeal

Fake 5 star reviews below. They call multiple times to reel you in to pay the money. They provide you a teacher who just sleeps in the class. No replacement teacher provided till date. I ask for a refund they come with 100 problems present in their company. Please dont trust these guys.

Not a pleasant experience at all.
The portal is unreliable and often doesn’t work properly. Many times, you’re forced to copy content from WhatsApp into email just so your child can access it, which is completely unreasonable and inconvenient.
Additionally, for classes that are cancelled, refunds are not handled properly. Instead of processing the refund, the team repeatedly pushes you to take alternative classes. When you decline, they claim the refund is being processed, but it never actually gets completed.
Overall, the experience has been frustrating and disappointing.

The one to one classes has been very helpful for my son in taking time to understand, ask for any questions and clear the doubts right away.
The homework set em for every class is very useful in brushing the topics covered in the session.
But at the same time would be very helpful if every class this can be revised before getting into a new topic or concept.

What I love most is the personalized attention—they genuinely care about student progress and ensure that my child is not left behind.
