Excellent Customer Service
Great price, so much so I ordered again. Second time I needed something that was out of stock on the website, I rang up to ask advise on an alternative, they said stock had just come in which they went and found and updated the website to I could purchase. They were so helpful. Parcel arrived the next day, well package and with a chocolate inside. Would 100% recommend!

I initially contacted MyPaintBrush with a general enquiry and was genuinely impressed from the very first conversation. I spoke with Andy, who was without doubt one of the most helpful people I've dealt with in a long time. He took the time to answer my questions, offered honest advice, and never made me feel rushed.
To top it all off, Andy kindly sent me an Oldfields Pro Series 2.5-inch brush to try completely free of charge. He also went the extra mile by including several packs of Wooster scuttle liners. That level of generosity and customer care is incredibly rare these days.
This is what I call exceptional customer service.
It's not just Andy, though the entire team at MyPaintBrush are friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to help. Their customer support is second to none, and nothing ever seems too much trouble.
The delivery service is also outstanding. Orders are processed quickly, arrive well packaged, and always turn up promptly.
Andy, you're an absolute star, and the whole team at MyPaintBrush deserve huge credit. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for quality decorating products backed by first-class service
