A very trustworthy Company to deal with, fast delivery first class products and I will Definitely be dealing with My Paintbrush in the future.

I recently used MyPaintBrush to order some Repair Care bits that they helpfully do in 1's, as opposed to a pack of 50 which I just don't need.
The picture implied 2 items whereas in actual fact the pack size is 1, so I was surprised when 1/2 the number I thought I had ordered actually appeared. I did eventually decide to get in touch just to mention this, but was immediately told that they could see why I thought the quantity was 2, with an offer to make up the difference free of charge. Wow!
Now we are all used to rubbish customer service - you know the I'm halving your benefit / ignoring you in order to serve you better. Mmmn.
So to anyone thinking of using MyPaintBrush - their service isn't good, its outstanding and many UK firms could learn much from this attitude.
Last week I simply came to them as they had an item in small quantities that I needed. Because of the way they handled this, I will now use them as my go-to shop for relevant bits into the future. A customer for life if you like!
Oh, and the delivery was fantastic as well!
