Prize picks overall is dope. But their "free 50 dollar sign up bonus" is bullshit. And anytime they have a promotion that forgives xx dollars on your picks. Its not real money. Its prize picks currency and when u bet with it, guess wat, you just get more of their currency.. can u withdraw it? Nope! Can u do anything withit outSIDE of prize picks? NOPE. Wat good is it? Well u xan see how much real money you ould have won instead of their dumb misleading currency. They dont need to do that kinda stuff cuz they alreaxy have a good product. But NOTHING IS EVER ENOUGH. They might as well say its a 1000 dollars. Cuz its just bullshit money.

I haven’t had issues with prize picks before. But they appear to be scamming me today. Online Karl Anthony Townsend has 23 points 11 rebounds and 1 assist. Over 34.5 ! Well customer service said they use reliable scoring sights . Well why every site says I’m right ? Hey I was referring people to prize picks but now I have to warn everybody I told … smfh… wow…

I have only been on prize picks since October 2024. I’m still learning how to navigate the platform. I placed a bet for a promotion that was supposed to match my deposit. After finishing the sign up and after are games were final and I lost, I did not get my deposit credit that the promo promised.

I reached out to customer service and the were very rude, showed no understanding towards my situation. They said that they could see I opted into the promotion but it’s nothing they can do for me regarding my credit. I then asked to speak to a manager and the denied me saying the manager will say the same thing. I’m reporting this on all my social media platforms. I also have a Fanduel and draft kings account and whenever I had issues, they were fixed and I was compensated immediately. PrizePicks customer service and customer resolution is horrible and I think they are only a platform that wants peoples money but could care less how much time and effort people put into their platform using their hard earned money.

I got a referral for Prize Picks from a friend and thought, why not. I sent $10, and nothing happened so I hit send again and then realized I had actually sent it twice. I had an errand to run so I put my phone away and figured it would be ready to play by the time I finished. I didn't get back to the website until late afternoon of the next day and there was still no money in my account no money on my cash app and no explanation as to why. I reached out to customer support and yes they were very unprofessional they wouldn't let me speak to a supervisor they told me that cash app could hold my money up to 14 days but cash app has nothing to do with holding my money prize picks is holding my money and I'm going to the BBB over this. They told me that my deposit had failed insinuating that cash app had failed it which it had not and then they said that it failed within them but they would not give me a reason as to why so I feel that they are very fraudulently holding my money and I'm tired of websites that think they can just do anything to us and get by with it I would not recommend prize picks to anyone I would tell them they should not ever play on their website because you will not get anything without trouble.

John was very unprofessional after it took me a week and talking to about 15 different people to withdraw my winnings. With so many different gambling apps John made sure I’ll never use prize pics again. I felt completely unappreciated as a customer and they wasted a good deal of my time. Goodbye prize picks.

You stole $50 from me I put $50 into cash pay and I look the back up price and it was still like zero I’m not guilty. I check my balance it was -50. I will go to court if you don’t give me my $50 back.

You guys realize you are essiently taking 2 bets that are at a -105/-120 to turn it into a +100... you take 2 of those ods on any other better app and it's around +200-+300... its a legit scam lol.

Yuck! I’ve used this app for many years. They change the deposit rules. (Canceled out my bank) okay fine I went and got a new one. Then they changed the withdrawl methods + will not let you add or change out any old paypal methods. Honestly I was only using prizepicks for the interface but now that was ruined with their last update. This company is shit. They give out betting lines they have information on and remove the ones that are easy. Good job shit picks. I hope someone sues this company

What a scam horrible company to deal with. They tried to block my withdrawal multiple times their gambling site is fixed and I would never recommend this will not get another dime of my money

Prize picks is bullshit. Like betting isn’t difficult enough, they purposely insert ridiculous props to screw bettors. I was about to complete my lineup, one of my bets being the over on Emmanuel quickley PRAs. It was at I think 22.5, which is particularly low for him. Just before I entered my line up the app removed that pick. When I went back to quickley his PRA was now at 28.5. I ended up picking the over on his points at 18. He played 14 minutes total. Now I know the game was a blow out. But it wasn’t in the first half. My point being, it’s clear they have access to info that bettors don’t. So to increase a total insinuates a player might be in line for a big game. But doing that knowing the team is going to drastically cut a players minutes is some slimy chicken shit. This will be the last line up I do.

Player stats online show my lineups making their projections that I picked. I had two lineups that hit and they gave me a red saying it didn't hit. According to there system they use third party stats which are located overseas. But should see that the stats are the same as US. So yeah. They owe me money and recommend boycotting them. Don't give them anymore money.

Ain’t no way in hell Florida, one of the best scoring teams in the nation just goes stagnant when they started off blazing hot. I went green on 3 right off the top. Now they’re pretty much ice cold and the player I need to score 12 more points runs away from the ball and won’t take a shot when he has it. Then how can norfolks biggest guy not get 2.5 rebounds. Total bullshit. It’s almost laughable l how shitty these apps are. SPREAD THE WORD….PRIZEPICKS IS RIGGED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Several people at my work do nothing but lose and it’s the same complaint I have. I swear on my son I’m gonna make sure I spread the word as much as possible that PrizePicks is RIGGED and the creator of the app is just raking in money prolly in a penthouse laughing at us somewhere. Cheat me out of my money and you’ll find you can’t hide in that penthouse forever!!! I don’t play this NFL style rigged bullshit!

I was notified I had a $20 free play, so I submitted a $20 lineup and when I clicked submit the payment said "FREE". This morning I woke up and they withdrew $20 from my account, WTF? I reached out to customer support and they said the lineups are not always free, even though it literally said FREE when i submitted. They were not willing to refund the $20, what a scam! Avoid using PrizePicks at all costs! Not honest people, scam alert.

A scam. They will say you chose a Power Play which means you must get all picks correctly when they can't afford to pay all the winners. They are a waste of time and money. You may believe you won some money then they will hit you with you chose a Power Play so you don't win anything despite getting 3 of 4 or 4 of 5 correct.
