I tried for two months to submit a c1 form to the court only to be told every time this was not right or that was wrong frustrated I contacted my probate partner and started down the path with them I answered all the questions they asked honestly got information I was missing gave it to them .after a very short time I was able to re submit the form to the court and after about two weeks I was told confirmation had been granted the weight lifted off my shoulders was huge I cannot recommend their service enough.

I engaged My Probate Partner (MPP) for their expertise to obtain Confirmation after becoming frustrated and stressed by the assistance I was receiving from my late father's solicitor.
Initially I thought I could complete the C1 form by myself, as I held all the information and knowledge of his financial affairs. What I hadn't understood was the legal framework, style, format and exactitude required, if it was to be approved.
