Horrible experience were three weeks into this whole experience still haven’t gotten my money back. They sent the wrong bulb when you call them. They do not listen to you. They actually literally just let you talk while they’re doing something else. Getting my refund is proving to be extremely difficult. I still don’t have my money back. They have the bulb back.
They tried telling me they did not receive it. I had to provide them with the tracking number that they gave me and then they had to see that they had their bulb. I would definitely not use these guys ever again. They tried saying it was not their fault that they sent the wrong bulb. I’ve been doing this a long time changing bulbs in my projector is nothing new to me. They are extremely rude and try to talk to you like you don’t know what you’re talking about. Meanwhile, they have $120 of mine that they will not give back for some reason they also have their bulb back. I have 15,000 followers on TikTok. I’ll make sure that I bring this company up. I’ll definitely be making a post about this.
By time all this is all said and done and I hopefully get my money back. It will have been over a month.

UPDATE: they contacted me this afternoon to ask me to take this review down.
They’re holding my money hostage at this point. They’re telling me that they don’t have the bulb that I sent them even though I have the tracking says that it was handed to somebody at their at the establishment.

So like I said, they are holding my money hostage, refusing to give me my refund they called and when I told him to give me my money back, they would mimic me and laugh about it. So if they don’t give me my money back at this point, I’m going to turn them into my bank and the financial fraud department can handle it from there. I went through something like this recently I know exactly what to do.
He keeps telling me that he already gave me a full refund, even though there’s nothing in my bank.
All they have done so far is printed up a receipt saying that they gave me my money back, but it’s definitely not in my account. My Projector has been out for a full month now over three weeks of which I have been dealing with this company.
And the little phone call where they mimic me in try and make fun of me and tell me I’m not getting my money back. They’re going to have to apologize for that.
Worst experience ever definitely cannot suggest anybody doing any business with these guys after what I went through with them.

Everything he said in his response below me is a complete lie. I have all the emails and everything to back it up if my money is not in the account tomorrow I’m going to my bank and talk into the financial fraud department and showing them the emails of him stating that he gave me my money back. Like I said, I just went through this recently and the last company was put on a fraud list so they can’t actually charge anybody anymore. It literally took me several days to do it. It was worth it.

A ding on your record for financial fraud is not good for a beginning business. I suggest you give my money back. And you can stop telling people that you don’t have the bulb when I have the tracking that shows it was handed to somebody at your business. It literally says that on the tracking stop making excuses.

NEW UPDATE: I received an email from a Russell Snyder again saying that the refund was complete that the money was in my account. This is the third time they’ve told me this so I went and checked my bank account and there’s no money. I’m getting tired of dealing with you guys. I’m going down to my bank today. I’m gonna talk to the financial fraud department and I’m going to talk to them about reversing the charges. I’m tired of these scammers playing games they laugh at you when you call them on the phone they make jokes I wouldn’t suggest ordering anything from these guys.

Fraud Russell Snyder fraud Russell Snyder fraud. This is what they’re gonna get you for for Russell Snyder financial fraud and it’s electronic and from another state so that bumps it up a notch. Comes down to financial wire fraud because you sent receipts and everything showing me that you gave me my money back when you didn’t. I’m gonna enjoy it this time last time. It was with somebody that didn’t speak English, but I’m gonna enjoy it this time Russell Snyder you guys have been telling me for days that I’m getting my money back you’ve told me three times now that it was in my account.

Nobody threatened anybody. I have it all recorded after the first call. I started recording everything because they were acting shady.

Update: I got my money finally. With zero apology.
NEW UPDATE: they tried to have this flagged and taken down. I won that battle as well. 😂

This appears to be as good as the original 4K bulb that came with my projector

My experience was great, as I was able to get the lamp projector and put it in myself. My projector is showing so clearly and able to actually read the words from a distance. I was able to receive the lamp within a few days and was delivered earlier than expected. Thank you for making this experience a great one.

I received a lamp that didn't work. They were very helpful and replaced it immediately, I will continue to get my lamps from MyProjectorLamps.

My projector lamp I ordered did not fit perfectly in my projector. After trouble shooting on the phone with customer service, I was able to get the casing and bulb to fit in the projector.

I’ve purchased lamps for 2 projectors from this company. In both cases they helped me select the correct lamp and the shipment arrived with 2 days. Couldn’t ask for better customer service. I would recommend this Company to anyone.

I give a 5 even though the receipt of the lamp was not perfect. Delivery was delayed by 5 days due to snow and ice, not the fault of the vendor but it meant having to watch playoffs on a 42” screen.

I will order a backup bulb soon, just to have on hand.
