The service is great
The service is great, from ordering to receiving the product - but more so for the manner in which my query was handled afterward. Professional and understanding of the person I dealt with is what makes this shop my preferred supplier.

don't order online - rather visit shop
products received not as pictured on website. wasn't able to get a refund only exchange. thankful to the employee that helped me but found the experience quite frustrating. was told i should rather come by the shop to make sure i'm happy with what i'm getting than shop online but product should be as per online description... would have preferred a refund than an exchange since they had limited product available and ended up having to pay in. would recommend visiting in store if buying from here. refund/exchange window is really small if you have a busy week with work it's hard to get around to it.
